The Parish Council raised an Objection. South Gloucestershire Council  Dings Crusaders RFC Limited have applied for a premises application under the Licensing Act 2003.  Land adjoining 45 Harcombe Hill, Winterbourne – Following the appeal, planning permission has been granted.  Application for temporary road closure on Down Road, Winterbourne on 26 December 2017 between 11.30am and 13.30pm due to Mummers Play and Morris Dancing.
