• Managed and led a team of Artistic Department Leads and Technical Directors.

• Supervised the review process for all incoming color, HD and stereo shots on the production.

• Shared responsibility with the Director and Art Director for approvals and the calling retakes on color, HD and stereo shots. Co-ordinated the out-going note process on retakes.
