Scanner Plus Order Form Scanner Plus may be available from your GoldMine Reseller or direct from Clew Consulting at the location above. Please read the information below carefully to determine how many licences you need. Then complete the form (this is also available via the Start|Programs|Scanner Plus|View Order Form). When complete call us, fax or mail with the details. You can also e-mail it but PLEASE DO NOT E-MAIL CREDIT CARD DETAILS as we cannot guarantee security of these. If you wish telephone or fax us with your credit card number. Please note this form can be used both for reseller use and end user site purchasing.

Configuration Please note that you need to purchase at least the number of Scanner Plus licences you have on your master site. Scanner Plus can then be used on this and ALL sub-sites or undocked users with the same GoldMine number. Scanner Plus is keyed to the GoldMine licence number. It is not the number of actual users but the total licence count of your GoldMine system which matters! For a GoldMine 6.7 system, to see these, click Help|About in your central/network GoldMine. This will show a licence number such as E-NNNN-YYYYYYYY as shown on the right, where 0005 is the licence count and the 8 digit number 60165731 is the main GoldMine licence number. Note that Scanner Plus is not compatible with GoldMine 6.6 or previous.

For a GoldMine 7 or Premium Edition system, still click Help About but the number shown will be like E-0005VV-123456-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX. Here the 0005 is the licence count and 123456 is the licence number which is 6 digits only. Please complete the information below:

Note: To get this information see the notes above. We need the GoldMine licence number which is in the form: E-NNNNVV-HHHHHH As shown in Help About. Here NNNN is the number of licences and HHHHHH the HDA number or licence number. VV is the GoldMine version and does not matter to Scanner Plus. Total Price Scanner Plus costs £250 for a Single user licence including the initial licence and one GoldMine user, then £30 for each subsequent GoldMine licence. Example prices are shown below. Note to convert to other currencies we suggest you check rates on Google or similar then add a few percent for the charge your credit card provider makes – we charge your credit cards in pounds and your card provider does the conversion.
