SYNOPSIS: Mr. Patrick M. Reynolds provided a presentation on Defense Support to Civil Authorities and Funding Contingency Operations in the Homeland. During his presentation, Mr. Reynolds provided funding authorities and lessons learned ranging from Hurricane Katrina in 1995 to Super Storm Sandy in 2012.
