Work Experience: Mr. Howard instructed for the United States Air Force Cisco Networking Academy Program, where he performed network consulting, network design, and Internet connectivity services. His clients have included organizations in the finance, manufacturing, State government, and healthcare and education industry sectors. Prior to joining Science Application International Corporation, he spent more than five years with WANG Global as network engineer, systems engineer, and network administrator. Henry is an experienced technical leader. He has extensive consulting and hands-on installation experience with Windows 9X and NT /2000 networking, Routers and switches, and routing protocols. Mr. Howard is certified as Cisco CCNP, CCNA and CCAI, Microsoft MSCE, Novell CNA, 4.11 and 5.1.

Responsibilities include network support and troubleshooting connectivity/ protocol issues, monitoring and upgrading. Administer Novell 3x, 4x and Microsoft Windows NT/ Exchange and application servers. Provide support to colleagues, and helpdesk support. Migrate to Microsoft outlook98 from Novell GroupWise. Perform network monitoring and troubleshooting through sniffers, cable testers and network monitoring software. Support various UNIX, X-Terminals, terminal emulator’s tn3270, medical programs and migrating to Windows NT server from UNIX.
. Administrator/Management Information Systems Mr. Howard filled position as administrator at department of defense health care services region five Wright Patterson Air Force Base. Responsibilities include upgrades of data systems, monitoring and data protection of secret information through back-ups and RAID. Provide desktop support.
. Technician Mr. Howard installed and certified Ethernet network at Wright Patterson Air Force Base medical center. Performed maintenance and troubleshooting on Ethernet cable plant. Oversees new computer and printer “role-out”. Instruct e-mail (GroupWise 4.1) user-group class. Administer GroupWise e-mail accounts and NOVELL 4.x network.
