REVIEW AND ACCEPTANCE: All Papers are subject to review by the Technical Committee of JISSE-15. Receipt of paper is not a commitment for its publication. All papers accepted are subject to editing and become the property of the Japan Chapter of the Society for the Advancement of Material and Process Engineering (SAMPE).

DUE DATES: The original final manuscript with this form must be sent by e-mail to the office of JISSE-15 until October 6, 2017. Office of JISSE-15: [email protected]

APPROVAL AND CLEARANCE: It is the responsibility of the author(s) to obtain company approvals and government clearance if required.

SOCIETY RESPONSIBILITY: Statements and opinions advanced in papers are to be understood as individual expressions of their respective authors, and not those of the Society.

PUBLICATION BY OTHERS: Permission to publish papers in publications other than SAMPE must be requested in writing to the Japan Chapter of SAMPE by either the author or the publisher. When granted, acknowledgment of JISSE-15 and the Society must be made by the publisher.

AUTHOR’S EXPENSES: The Society does not pay expenses incurred by authors in connection with the preparation of papers and attendance at the JISSE-15 Conference.

Student award is bestowed to the student, who apply this award at the submission of the full paper, with 10,000 yen cash. The candidates in competition will be reviewed on their full papers and their presentations by reviewers. The winner(s) will be announced at the conference dinner. Full paper will be submitted in the same way as conference submissions. The dead line of application is the same as full paper submission deadline. The dead line of application is the same as 2 page paper submission deadline. Poster award is candidate automatically, when you submitted the paper for the poster session.
