OLD BUSINESS: Soup N’ Bowl on March 7, 2014 Chair – Head Wrangler - Shar Heitkotter
Sponsors so far received are $250 contributions each from Town & Country Bank & SunRiver St. George & a $300 commitment from Cache Valley Bank. Kitchen Wrangler – Clyde Johnston
Day of Orientation wrangler – Jenny McDowell
Pottery Wrangler – Joe Viers
Community Pot Throw January 24th was discussed….The Gallery Walk is from 6 to 9pm that night. Opening Museum reception is the 31st, a Friday.
Silent Auction Wrangler? Deb will ask the Jennings whose pottery is on display for items
NEW BUSINESS: Does the day and meeting time work?
Accept resignations of D. L. Ashliman, Bryce Dixon, Joan Hickman
January will be nominations and voting for offices: Chair, Vice-Chair, & Secretary
Director recommends purchase of $15,000 Gunnar Widforss Zion National Park watercolor (valued at $25,000 in the Centennial Exhibit where it was on loan& is in the Zion exhibit catalog) from collector, Abe Hays (our fund balance is over $40,000 currently)

DIRECTORS REPORT MISSION STATEMENT
The mission of the St. George Art Museum is to educate all visitors through quality exhibitions from all periods, cultures, and media, as well as to collect, conserve, inventory, exhibit and interpret art and artifacts from Utah and the West.
