October 23, 2017 I. Call to Order: 5:01 II. Panhellenic Creed Please pass the creeds to your left and leave on the last remaining chairs III. Guest Speakers:  Northern Colorado Panhellenic Alumnae Association Greeley o Community service projects o Scholarship opportunities o Leadership conferences o Hoping to build a relationship with us  Mini grants for the sororities- help with philanthropy projects  This is the first year for them  $25 to $250 o November 4 at 12pm and would like representatives from each sorority to attend the luncheon to learn about the grants and learn about what the Greek community is doing.  Invites given to the presidents of each chapter.  Campus Outreach - Shelby Miller o They are a faith-based, leadership-based organization that exists to help college students grow in their faith and leadership in whatever capacity they desire. One of their roles on campus is to help strengthen the Greek system through unity, spirituality, and leadership. o They have many outlets in fulfilling this role on the campus, including chapter-wide studies, retreats, Greek-only events, and chapter cookouts, as well as their Presidents' Club. Through Presidents' Club they provide opportunity for leaders on campus to grow in practical and character skills in regards to leadership. They do this through studying different historical leaders, as well as studying different leadership styles. Their aim is to help college leaders develop stronger leadership skills in the context of their peers.  Daniel Visel- IFC ([email protected]) o Running a program for Greek Unity  November 16th  Fraternity vs Sorority competition  All day social media scavenger hunt  All greek social that night- slideshow of the pictures  Joe and Nolan o Guest speaker and police self defense class o Wednesday at 7pm in the ballrooms- delt talk  Importance of physical health  Importance of mental health  Importance of time management o Thursday at 6pm in the ballrooms  Police talk on how to be safe on campus including a Q&A VI. Chapter Reports  Alpha Omicron Pi: o We have a sisterhood this Wednesday and we're very excited to be able to spend time with our newly initiated members! Congratulations to Alpha Phi for winning homecoming, we had a great week! Good luck with elections coming up and have a wonderful week ladies! o Philanthropy event on Nov 3rd  Alpha Sigma Alpha: o Hi ladies hope you had a good week. Alpha treats is this Wednesday from 9 PM to 1 AM. It's five dollars for all you can eat sweets and an extra two dollars for the haunted house which will run until midnight. We hope to see you all there at the Alpha Sigma Alpha house. Have a good week!  Alpha Phi: o We were so happy to have initiated 33 beautiful girls into our chapter on October 13th! We also had such a great time during homecoming week, it was so much fun! I hope you all have a great rest of your week!  Delta Zeta: o Hi everyone! o We have our annual DZ coming up on Thursday Nov. 2nd from 9pm to 1am for $5 all you can eat pancakes! o We had a great time participating in homecoming week, thank you to everyone who made it so great o Thank you to the Panhellenic Board for a great year and good luck to the girls running for the next Panhellenic Board o Good luck to Alpha Sigma Alpha this week with Alpha Sweets, we can't wait to come and enjoy o Have a great week!  Sigma Kappa: o We are so excited to support ASA with Alpha Treats this week! o Have an amazing week ladies!  Sigma Lambda Gamma: o No report VII.
