It is common for teachers to be asked about their classroom management plan in interview situations.

Your completed and corrected plan will become part of your Professional Portfolio.

Assignment: Using the ideas from sources provided in class and from your own readings and research, create a personal classroom management plan. Include any posters (reduced to 81/2 X11), rules/responsibilities anchor charts, photos of resources, record keeping devices, social skills lists and sub-tasks, or other resources that you feel will support your plan. Be clear in your plan about the difference between rules and routines and the purpose of each.

Approach: Use the outline of questions that is attached and the assessment rubric that is provided, to guide your work toward a completed plan. However, your plan is not a list of responses to these questions.
