Dear Canidate:

Congratulations! Please read the following carefully, the steps involved in filing for membership are very specific. Following the directions will enhance your chances for selection.

The application can be found on the school’s website www.northeastprep.org . In order for you to be considered for membership a NEAT HARD COPY of the application must be submitted, typed is preferred, by the end of the school day on November 20th . If your application is not submitted on or before November 20th , your application cannot be considered. The hard copy, complete with proper signatures, must be hand-delivered to Mr. Barnes in room 222.

If you have any questions, see Mr. Barnes well in advance of the deadline. No applications will be accepted after November 20th . If you are absent from school on the day of the deadline, you must find a way to submit the application by the close of the school day. Character, leadership, service, and overall scholarship will all be considered in the admission process. A faculty committee will review the applications and make the final admission decisions.

There are 11 pages in total to the packet. Also, a checklist has been included for your convenience. Please fill out the information in each section of the application carefully. The signature of each faculty advisor, coach, or supervisor are important to verify your participation in that activity. Any invalid signatures will be grounds for disqualification. In addition, three letters of recommendation must accompany this application
