Section I—Public Records: We will review what is available on public records, where to ascertain the sites for nationwide public records availability, and how to search these sites.

Section II—Internet Open Sources: We will review numerous free online sources which provide both personal and corporate information. This part of the presentation will teach the attendee how to create an entire profile of their subject. Much of this information will be found in advanced searching techniques utilizing sources that will provide the “hidden” information on a subject. This area of training not only covers personal/business information, but will also include counter intelligence training and international research techniques.

Section III—Using Social Networking Sites for Investigation Purposes/Due diligence research: With an estimated 500 social networking sites available on the Internet, this presentation will cover how to access these sites, how to profile the usernames, email addresses or names of subject to pull information off these sites. We will discuss ways to find information on “private” sites. Do not miss the opportunity to attend this must see full day presentation on the use of Advanced Internet Research and Intelligence Gathering. The class will provide an 8 hour certificate for CE credits. This class will illustrate the most current and comprehensive research techniques using open sources, social networking sites (Facebook, MySpace, Twitter, etc.) and online auctions/sales sites such as Ebay and Craigslist. The class will further demonstrate how to utilize the internet as an effective investigative research tool (by manipulating search criteria) in locating and creating an entire profile on an individual, gang intelligence, security intelligence or corporate intelligence. It is a thorough ‘how to’ presentation showing the step by step procedures in conducting due diligence research, internet profiling and intelligence /counter intelligence in the most productive and fact finding way. This 8 hour class will provide in depth researching techniques utilizing online and open sources informational databases located on the web to determine informational sources providing “hidden” information on a subject’s web presence from public records, criminal records and social networking profiles. Further learning how to examine and understand the collective information found covering all aspects of personal/business information, due diligence research, intellectual property information and terrorism research. Information is pulled from numerous surface and deep web search engines and further explores how to protect your own information.

Attendees have included: Homeland Security, US Marshals, FBI with additional attendees from numerous local law enforcement agencies including but not limited to US Immigration & Customs, ICE, Border Patrol, US Attorney’s Office, Department of Justice, US Probation, Military Intelligence services, Homicide and Undercover Narcotic Associations, Airport Authorities, Arizona Department of Transportation, US Postal Inspection Service, Arizona Department of Gaming, US Fish & Wildlife Services, Special Investigative Units within the Insurance industry, repossession and financial institutions nationwide, and private investigative associations.

Ms. Stuart is a licensed Private Investigator in the State of Arizona with twenty years of experience specializing in the areas of Financial, Open Source Investigations (OSINT), Corporate Investigations, and Intelligence/Counter Intelligence. She started her investigative career as an Economic Fraud Investigator.

Ms. Stuart is an Adjunct Professor with University of Virginia and an Instructor at Quantico for multi country training programs. She provides seminars on her specialized investigative techniques in Open Source Investigations (OSINT). Over the past years she has provided presentations, and private training, to both Federal and State levels of Law Enforcement Agencies and Military Intelligence throughout the United States including attendees of Department of Homeland Security, US Marshals, FBI, DOJ, Border Patrol, Indian Tribal Nations and local law enforcement agencies throughout the country. Additionally, she has presented classes for RSIG, ARA, Allied Finance Adjusters, Insurance Special Investigative Units and numerous financial and state associations.
