Once your pitch has been agreed and accepted by Disco Loco you will receive written confirmation along with your info pack and an invoice for payment.

Please note while we will always try to be as accommodating as possible, extra requirements will only be granted at Disco Loco’s discretion and an additional cost may be charged.

INFORMATION FOR STALLHOLDERS

● Stallholders will man their own stall for the duration of the event, and cannot dismantle or remove stalls before the end of the event. ● Stallholders are not permitted to sell any goods or carry on any activity not stipulated on the application form. ● The allocation of sites and positioning is entirely at the discretion of the organisers although every endeavour will be made to meet requests made by the applicant. ● Disco Loco is open to the public from 11am – 6pm on Saturday 13 August. ● Free street parking is available in the roads surrounding the park. ● Site will be open from 7am for setup, all vehicles must then be clear of the site by 9am and stallholders must be ready to trade by 10.30am. ● Stallholders are asked not to pack down before the event finishes at 6pm. All stallholders must then clear the site no later 7pm. ● Traders are asked to dress their stalls beautifully in the spirit of the event. ● We regret refunds cannot be given for bookings cancelled by stallholders less than 14 days prior to the event.

Travel Info

Tube: Manor House - Piccadilly line Use exit 2 then take either bus 253 (to Hackney) or 254 (to Aldgate) and after a short journey (approx 10 minutes) get off by Jessam Avenue

Overground: the nearest over ground station is Clapton and walk to park (10 mins) or take a bus – the 253 (to Euston) or 254 (to Holloway) and get off at the Filey Avenue stop. Other nearby over ground stations are Stoke Newington or Stamford Hill (both 15 mins walk)

Buses: a number of buses run along Upper Clapton/Clapton Common. The buses stopping closest to the park are the 253 and the 254
