Dear Tony,
As a youth some of my greatest memories come from my time of being a Cub Scout and a Boy Scout. Scouting allowed me to go on campouts, build race cars, develop relationships with friends that I carry with me today, and develop skills and character that that help me be successful in my personal and work life. Scouting has for over 100 years positively impacted the lives of the youth in our communities to become better parents, businessmen and community leaders. It is my desire that we continue to offer the Scouting program to as many youth in our community as we can.
This is why we need your help by supporting the 20th Annual Boy Scout Travel, Sports and Entertainment Auction. The event will be held in August 2016 and is one of Central Florida’s premiere charity auctions, featuring an array of air travel tickets, cruises, hotels, challenging golf courses, unique autographed memorabilia and exciting vacation packages. It is attended by more than 600 of Central Florida’s most influential community leaders.
Please consider donating an item/certificate valued at a minimum of $100. This can include tickets, certificates for products or services, a gift basket or merchandise. Your donation, auctioned to the highest bidder, will ensure that we are prepared to respond to the young boy who has the dream of being a Scout and to the expectations his parents have for his Scouting experience.
Please join me by completing and returning the enclosed participation form today! Your response by April 30th, 2016 with your corporate logo and promotional brochures is greatly appreciated.
