AP GOVERNMENT & POLITICS HAGEDORN INSTITUTIONS: The Judiciary Chapter 13 Unit Overview: Topics covered in this unit comprise 35-45% of the multiple choice questions on the AP Exam and include the following: the formal and informal institutional arrangements of power between the Congress, Presidency, Bureaucracy and the Courts; the relationship among these four institutions and the balance of power; and the linkage between the four institutions and public opinion and voters, interest groups, political parties, the media and subnational governments.
