NCCU CAMPUS RECREATION Fitness Department SPRING 2009 We are pleased to announce that we have extended our hours of operation. Hours of Operation Monday – Friday - 6:00am-8:00am; Monday – Wednesday - 5:00pm-11:00pm; Thursday – Friday - 5:00pm-9:00pm; Saturday-10:00am-1:00pm How much does it cost to participate? $40 per semester for group exercise class and faculty and staff fitness program *(Get Ready ,Get Set, Go) *Please make a note that programs are for a specified period of time. Once the program is over, you will not have access to the fitness center. Once the program ends, you will only have access to group exercise classes. (This fee includes all classes in the studio and pool and programs in the fitness center.) $75 per semester for unlimited use of all areas, classes and programs. (This fee includes all of the above plus the use racquetball courts, basketball courts, Olympic-sized pool, large free-weight room, and wellness center.)

How do I gain access to the Walker Complex during Campus Recreation hours? All fees are to be paid in the Foundations Office (under the Campus Recreation account) located in the William Jones bldg. After you fees are paid, you must then go to the Eagle Card Office located in the Lee Biology to get your University ID card validated for the Walker Complex. What's happening with Campus Recreation Fitness? Get Ready, Get Set, Go Faculty and Staff Fitness Program is workout plan designed by our certified personal trainer. Get Ready, Get Set, Go is for every fitness level. Simply complete a Health History Form and our fitness staff will select the appropriate fitness program. Our program focuses on cardiovascular exercise, weight training, and flexibility. If you are interested in participating, just schedule an appointment by emailing Erica Dixon at [email protected] or [email protected]. (Your payment of $40 per semester includes this program and all group exercises classes).
