Instructions for Reporting, and Standards of Behaviour

These instructions are to help you make sure you keep to your Order and get the help you need to stop offending.

Whilst you are supervised on this Order you are expected to:

 Commit no further offences.  Co-operate with the requirement of your supervision.  Keep appointments on time.  Ask in advance to change an appointment if you cannot keep it - at least the day before.  Explain fully any appointments you miss - and provide proof to support your explanations, if asked.  Inform us immediately of any change of address or phone number.  Behave fairly towards other people whatever their race, colour, sex, sexuality or disability.

For everyone’s benefit the following instructions also apply:

No one must behave badly towards or speak offensively to other people on supervision, visitors to our buildings, YOT staff, volunteers or staff from any other agency supervising you on behalf of the YOT. In particular:

 No one must behave threateningly, aggressively, violently or offensively.  No one must behave in a way that is designed to frustrate your supervision, or the supervision of other people (for example, by behaving badly in a group session).

If anyone does not keep to these instructions:

 They may be required to leave the session early.  The session will not count as completed.  They may be taken back to court for Breach of Order.  The police will be called if they have committed an offence.
