All rates for the SOHO 17 2006 participants refer to half board service (lodging, breakfast, and lunch) tax included (VAT 10%). The participants will be accommodated in the Naxos Beach Resort**** (Hotel Naxos Beach and/or Naxos Beach Villas according to the availability)

Cancellation policy: (to read carefully and sign for acceptance) - For cancellation after april 07th , in case hotel is unable to resell the rooms, the Naxos Beach Resort will charge a penalty fee of 1 night accommodation

At the discretion of the director of the Hotel, cancellations due to serious and documented circumstances will be free of charge.

Useful informations

1) Check-in after 3:00pm; check-out before 10:00am 2) Within the Resort it is not possible to pay services with money. Payments are made by means of the Naxos Club Card, a plastic card with a microchip that records payments. It can be initially loaded with a fixed amount and it is rechargeable using cash from various locations conveniently located throughout the Resort. It is issued to all clients upon arrival and functions as a pass to gain access to the restaurants and as a key for the rooms 3) Registration confirmation will be sent via email.
