Wildcat Guardians, Inc. Agreement for Protection from Liability

Release Waiver (Please read and sign below.)

I sign this waiver in consideration of my voluntary participation in the Wildcat Guardian activity or event named above. I hereby waive, for myself and anyone claiming through me, all actions, claims, demands and the right to attach the property of or to sue the Wildcat Guardians, directors, its officers, its members, trip leaders, any of my fellow boaters, waders, or workers for injuries to my person or my equipment that may occur in the participation for, during or following the Wildcat Guardian activity or event named above. This waiver applies to any negligent act or omission, and to any intentional act intending to promote my safety or well-being.

I recognize and accept the possible hazards of working in and around a river including, but not limited to, flowing water and currents, obstructions in the water, chemical pollution, trash and debris, harmful insects and animals, and changing weather conditions.

I recognize that I am solely responsible for judging my fitness and qualifications to participate in this activity and for my safety while participating.

I recognize that I am participating in the activity and assisting others at my own risk. I am under no legal obligation to assist other participants and other participants are under no legal obligation to assist me.

Please note !! Anyone under the age of 18 must have a parent or responsible adult sign for them.
