MOORLANDS ELEMENTARY SCHOOL SUPPLIES LIST First Grade

Backpack (used daily to carry things to/from school) GIRLS ONLY- 1 box Kleenex tissue – 200+ count 1 1/2” or 2” hard bound poly 3-ring binder 1 box of 24 crayons 3 Folders - pockets at bottom rather than sides 1 set of thin colored markers (8-16 in a set) 12 small or fine point dry erase markers (for whiteboards) No Florescence colors please BOYS ONLY: 2 packages of baby wipes Small Felt Sheet (at craft stores) - for dry erase board eraser Scissors – child safety The following items will need to be replenished by families Wood Pencils (3 doz.) SHARPENED throughout the year. 24 Glue Sticks (not colored) * Glue Sticks 3 Spiral Notebook with wide rule paper * Wood Pencils 1 box of colored pencils * Dry Erase Markers We also use lots of quart and gallon zip log bags if you would like to send some of these supplies along.

SECOND GRADE

Backpack to carry lunch, folders. Label with name. 2 doz. sharpened yellow pencils – Dixon Ticonderoga are 3-Ring Notebook (no larger or smaller than 1 ½ inch rings) the best quality) Please no fancy pencils – our electric 6 Folders with pockets at bottom rather than sides pencil sharpeners do not like them.) 2 Spiral Notebook wide rule Old Sock for whiteboard erasing 12 Glue Sticks (not colored) 2 Pink Pearl Erasers 1 set of thin and thick colored markers (8-16 in a set) 12 Dry Erase Markers 1 pair of child safety scissors 1 box of tissue 1 plastic pencil box (8” x 5”) 1 container of baby wipes 1 box of crayons (16-24 count only) 1 Yellow Highlighter **Place all loose items into a gallon ziplock.
