Cultural Identity American, African-American, 7th grader, I live in a neighborhood of single-family houses

Identity Changes  One day, I will be a high-school student, not a middle-school Over Time student.  Our neighborhood will have fewer little kids because we are all growing up.  Someday, I’ll be a dad as well as a son.

There May Be  Some of my neighbors are White and some are Latino, but we Diversity in are still neighbors. Identity  I am a boy and my sister is a girl, but we are still siblings.  There are many African-Americans in the U.S., but I come from the Mid-Atlantic region.
