Dear Member/Customer,

Eco Chefs and ONFC are withdrawing the products listed below as they do not meet the strict quality standards of the manufacturer. Please note that there is no health risk for consumers. Please note that the withdrawal that initially only concerned June best before dates has been extended to include May dates as well.

Our records show that you might have received a shipment of the affected product(s) recently. Please discontinue selling these products immediately by removing them from display, counting the amount in your inventory and destroying them.

Retailers: please contact all accounts to which you sell this product immediately and inform them of this withdrawal. Buying clubs: please forward the withdrawal notice to all of your club members as soon as you receive it.

ONFC staff will credit you for the affected product based on the quantities indicated on the attached response form. Hence please record the time and date you received this recall notice together with the quantity recovered on the attached response form.

The affected product must be destroyed and disposed of according to your municipal waste regulations.
