Project Of The Year – 2016

Qualification Criteria

This award is presented to an organization. To be eligible the organization must have:

1. A clearly defined IT project with dedicated management 2. A project start date occurring at least 6 months before the conference start date (i.e. previous August 1st) 3. Clearly documented and communicated purpose/goals/objectives 4. A clearly defined budget for the project 5. Clearly defined and documented milestones and metrics for the project 6. A demonstrated commitment to IT best practices with involvement of certified staff

The Submission Process

The attached “Request For Information” form should be completed and sent via email to [email protected] no later than end of business on December 9, 2016.

The Evaluation & Selection Process

The Judging Committee will evaluate all submissions by December 16, 2016 and a short- list of potential winners will be contacted for further information, clarification and phone interview between December 19 and December 30, 2016.

The top three short-listed nominees will be contacted the first week in January, 2017 and invited to send a delegation to attend the 21st Annual International IT Service Management Conference & Exhibition in Las Vegas from February 19-22, 2017 to receive either a Bronze, Silver or Gold award.

Announcement Of The Winners

Winners of the Bronze, Silver & Gold awards for “Project Of The Year – 2016” will be announced and presented with their awards at the Conference at the Bellagio, Las Vegas in February. Attendance at the Conference is not a pre-requisite for winning an award, and winners do not have to be present at the award presentation.
