CALLS TO WORSHIP

Psalm 95: 1-3; 6 “Come; let us sing to the Lord! Let us give a joyous shout to the rock of our salvation! Let us come before Him with thanksgiving. Let us sing him psalms of praise. For the Lord is a great God, the great King above all gods. Come, let us worship and bow down. Let us kneel before the Lord our maker, for he is our God.”

Psalm 105: 1-3 “Give thanks to the Lord and proclaim his greatness. Let the whole world know what he has done. Sing to him, yes, sing his praises. Tell everyone about his miracles. Exult in his holy name; o worshippers of the Lord rejoice!”

Psalm 46: 10 “Be silent, and know that I am God. I will be honoured by every nation. I will be honoured throughout the world.”

Psalm 100 “Shout with joy to the Lord, O earth! Worship the Lord with gladness. Come before him, singing with joy. Acknowledge that the Lord is God! He made us, and we are his. We are his people, the sheep of his pasture. Enter his gates with thanksgiving; go into his courts with praise. Give thanks to him and bless his name. For the Lord is good. His unfailing love continues forever, and his faithfulness continues to each generation.”

Psalm 103:1 “Praise the Lord, I tell myself; with my whole heart, I will praise his holy name.”

Psalm 34: 3 “Come, let us tell of the Lord’s greatness; let us exalt his name together.”

Isaiah 25:1 “O Lord, I will honor and praise your name, for you are my God. You do such wonderful things! You planned them long ago, and now you have accomplished them.”

Isaiah 55:6 “Seek the Lord while you can find him. Call on him now while he is near.”

Revelation 4:8b “Holy, holy, holy is the Lord God Almighty—the one who always was, who is, and who is still to come.”

Revelation 4:11 “You are worthy, O Lord our God, to receive glory and honor and power. For you created everything, and it is for your pleasure that they exist and were created.” Revelation 5:13b “Blessing and honor and glory and power belong to the one sitting on the throne and to the Lamb forever and ever.”

Revelation 15:3b-4 “Great and marvelous are your actions, Lord God Almighty. Just and true are your ways, O King of the nations. Who will not fear, O Lord, and glorify your name? For you alone are holy. All nations will come and worship before you, for your righteous deeds have been revealed.”

Psalm 29:2 “Give honor to the Lord for the glory of his name. Worship the Lord in the splendor of his holiness.”

Psalm 47:1-2 “Come, everyone, and clap your hands for joy! Shout to the Lord with joyful praise! For the Lord Most High is awesome. He is the great King of all the earth.”

Psalm 66: 1-4 “Shout joyful praises to God, all the earth! Sing about the glory of his name! Tell the world how glorious he is. Say to God, “How awesome are your deeds! Your enemies cringe before your mighty power. Everything on earth will worship you; they will sing your praises, shouting your name in glorious songs.”

Psalm 96:1-4 Sing a new song to the Lord! Let the whole earth sing to the Lord! Sing to the Lord; bless his name. Each day proclaim the good news that he saves. Publish his glorious deeds among the nations. Tell everyone about the amazing things he does. Great is the Lord! He is most worthy of praise! He is to be revered above all the gods.

Psalm 99:5 “Exalt the Lord our God! Bow low before his feet, for he is holy!”

Psalm 106:1,2 “Praise the Lord! Give thanks to the Lord, for he is good! His faithful love endures forever. Who can list the glorious miracles of the Lord? Who can ever praise him half enough?

Psalm 111: 1-3 “Praise the Lord! I will thank the Lord with all my heart as I meet with his godly people. How amazing are the deeds of the Lord! All who delight in him should ponder them. Everything he does reveals his glory and majesty. His righteousness never fails.”

Psalm 9:1,2 I will thank you, Lord, with all of my heart; I will tell of all the marvelous things you have done. I will be filled with joy because of you. I will sing praises to your name, O Most High. Psalm 92:1-4 It is good to give thanks to the Lord, to sing praises to the Most High. It is good to proclaim your unfailing love in the morning, your faithfulness in the evening, accompanied by the harp and lute and the harmony of the lyre. You thrill me, Lord, with all you have done for me! I sing for joy because of what you have done.

Psalm 108: 3-5 I will thank you, Lord, in front of all the people. I will sing your praises among the nations. For your unfailing love is higher than the heavens. Your faithfulness reaches to the clouds. Be exalted, O God, above the highest heavens. May your glory shine over all the earth.

Psalm 113: 1-4 Praise the Lord! Yes, give praise, O servants of the Lord. Praise the name of the Lord! Blessed be the name of the Lord forever and ever. Everywhere – from east to west – praise the name of the Lord. For the Lord is high above the nations; his glory is far greater than the heavens.

Psalm 117 Praise the Lord, all you nations. Praise him, all you people of the earth. For he loves us with unfailing love; the faithfulness of the Lord endures forever. Praise the Lord!

Psalm 135:1-3 Praise the Lord! Praise the name of the Lord! Praise him, you who serve the Lord, you who serve in the house of the Lord, in the courts of the house of our God. Praise the Lord, for the Lord is good; celebrate his wonderful name with music.

Psalm 145: 1-3 I will praise you, my God and King, and bless your name forever and ever. I will bless you every day, and I will praise you forever. Great is the Lord! He is most worthy of praise! His greatness is beyond discovery!

Psalm 70:4 But let all those who look to you be joyful and glad because of what you have done. Let those who love you because you save them always say, “May God be honoured!”

Psalm 135:5-7 I know that the Lord is great. I know that our Lord is greater than all gods. The Lord does anything he wants to do in the heavens and on the earth. He does it even in the deepest parts of the oceans. He makes clouds rise from one end of the earth to the other. He sends lightning with the rain. He brings the wind out of his storerooms.

Psalm 7:17 “I will give thanks to the Lord because of his righteousness and will sing praise to the name of the Lord Most High.”

Psalm 13:6 “I will sing to the Lord, for he has been good to me.” Psalm 18:46 “The Lord lives! Praise be to my Rock! Exalted be God my Savior!

Psalm 57:9-11 “Lord, I will praise you among the nations. I will sing about you among the people of the earth. Great is your love. It reaches to the heavens. Your truth reaches to the skies. God, may you be honored above the heavens. Let your glory be over the whole earth.

Psalm 89:1-2 “I will sing of the Lord’s great love forever; with my mouth I will make known your faithfulness through all generations. I will declare that your love stands firm forever, that you established your faithfulness in heaven itself.”

Psalm 86:12 ”Lord my God, I will praise you with all my heart. I will bring glory to you forever.”

Psalm 104:1 “I will praise the Lord. Lord my God, you are very great. You are dressed in glory and majesty.”

Psalm 31:14 “But I trust in you, Lord. I say, "You are my God."

Lamentations 3:22-23 “The Lord loves us very much. So we haven't been completely destroyed. His loving concern never fails. His great love is new every morning. Lord, how faithful you are!

1 Chronicles 29:10-13 David praised the Lord in front of the whole community. He said, "Lord, we give you praise. You are the God of our father Israel. We give you praise for ever and ever. Lord, you are great and powerful. Glory, majesty and beauty belong to you. Everything in heaven and on earth belongs to you. Lord, the kingdom belongs to you. You are honored as the One who rules over all. Wealth and honor come from you. You are the ruler of all things. In your hands are strength and power. You can give honor and strength to everyone. Our God, we give you thanks. We praise your glorious name.

Isaiah 12: 4-6 Give thanks to the Lord. Worship him. Tell the nations what he has done. Announce how honored he is. Sing to the Lord. He has done glorious things. Let it be known all over the world. People of Zion, give a loud shout! Sing with joy! The Holy One of Israel is among you. And he is great.
