ENTRY INFORMATION PLEASE SEE THE GENERAL RULES AT THE BEGINNING OF THE NATURE’S HARVEST IN THE PRIZE BOOK. 1. Dead or withered flowers will be removed at the discretion of the Committee. All flower exhibits must be grown in the exhibitor’s garden or home. Cactus and Succulents are measured from the top of the soil where they have emerged. Entries should be at a uniform state of development and be free of blemish, debris, injury, spray residue, disease and insects. Unopened Buds are considered to be BLOOMS.

Warning: Beware of the Wild Parsnip in Bloom. When this plant is in bloom, it’s SAP will burn exposed skin and is photo sensitive. Every time the affected skin is exposed to sunlight, painful blisters appear and become larger and larger and more and more painful. ARRANGEMENTS Note: Unless “Fresh Only” is specified, any live or dried foliage or plant materials may be used as filler and any accessories may be used to enhance the arrangement. Fresh Flowers are to be used in all classes unless indicated otherwise. Judging will be based on your Design, Colour Harmony, Creativity and Originality, Suitability to the Occasion or Function, Texture, Condition of Blooms and appropriateness of Container. No Silk or Plastic Flowers are allowed. Only Arrangements worthy of Merit will be awarded cash or prizes. This will be determined solely by our judges and their decision shall be final.
