3.C. LEED Submittals: 3.C.1. Product Data for Credit MR 4.1 and Credit MR 4.2: For products having recycled content, submit documentation indicating percentages by weight of postconsumer and preconsumer recycled content. 1.4 QUALITY ASSURANCE

4.A. Manufacturer Qualifications: Minimum 5 year experience manufacturing similar products.

4.B. Installer Qualifications: Minimum 2 year experience installing similar products.

4.C. Mock-Up: Provide a mock-up for evaluation of surface preparation techniques and application workmanship. 4.C.1. Finish areas designated by Architect. 4.C.2. Do not proceed with remaining work until workmanship is approved by Architect. 4.C.3. Remodel mock-up area as required to produce acceptable work.

1.5 PRE-INSTALLATION MEETINGS

5.A. Convene minimum two weeks prior to starting work of this section.

6.A. Deliver and store products in manufacturer's unopened packaging bearing the brand name and manufacturer's identification until ready for installation.

6.B. Handling: Handle materials to avoid damage.

1.7 PROJECT CONDITIONS

7.A. Maintain environmental conditions (temperature, humidity, and ventilation) within limits recommended by manufacturer for optimum results. Do not install products under environmental conditions outside manufacturer's recommended limits.

1.8 SEQUENCING

8.A. Ensure that products of this section are supplied to affected trades in time to prevent interruption of construction progress.

1.9 WARRANTY

9.A. Warranty: Submit manufacturer's standard limited one year warranty.

PART 3 EXECUTION

3.1 EXAMINATION

1.A. Do not begin installation until substrates have been properly prepared.

1.B. If substrate preparation is the responsibility of another installer, notify Architect of unsatisfactory preparation before proceeding.

3.2 PREPARATION

2.A. Clean surfaces thoroughly prior to installation.

2.B. Prepare surfaces using the methods recommended by the manufacturer for achieving the best result for the substrate under the project conditions.

3.3 INSTALLATION

3.A. Install in accordance with manufacturer's instructions, approved submittals, and in proper relationship with adjacent construction.

3.B. Reveal Hanging and Display System: Review additional mounting and blocking requirements and verify that adequate blocking is provided.

3.4 CLEANING

4.A. Clean installed system and remove excess materials.

4.B. Deliver any unused cable and fittings to Owner.
