Breakfast Club Booking System

Dear Parents,

We will, over the next few weeks, be trialling an online booking system for breakfast club, which is linked to the School Gateway system we currently use for school trips.

The system will be available from 23rd May 2016, is accessible to everyone who has a log on for School Gateway and will be accessible via your normal log in details.

We are therefore asking parents to make ALL breakfast club bookings from 23rd May 2016 using the new system. The system appears to be straight forward; once you have logged in you, will see there is a new option called ‘Breakfast Club’ to the right of the ‘Payments’ tab. By clicking on here you will see a calendar of available breakfast club slots, click on all the days you wish to book and confirm this by clicking on the ‘book now’ option on the top right of the calendar. You will then be shown the amount payable and asked to confirm the booking. The system then takes you to your basket and you check out in the same way you would for school trips etc. We understand there will be a transition period and there may be some teething problems, but we would be grateful if all parents wishing to book breakfast club for June and July would do so by using the new system from 23rd May 2016.

Please note that anyone who has already submitted a form for next week and beyond, does not need to book their spaces as we have done this manually during the setting up process. The balance owing will be shown on your account. From 23rd May 2016, you will be able to see online which dates you have booked and what payments are outstanding. If you do not have access to School Gateway, we have attached some instructions to help you set up an account.

Please also note that if your child has not attended breakfast club before, they will need to complete a registration form.
