April 10 Friday 3:45 a.m. Depart Lincoln High School for Logan Airport

5:00 a.m. Arrive Logan Airport. Proceed directly to United Airlines or Delta Airlines ticket counter and check in for the following flights

Flight A (75 seats) Lv.: Boston 7:15 a.m. United 1715 Ar.: Chicago 9:03 a.m. Lv.: Chicago 10:24 a.m. United 531 Ar.: Los Angeles 12:52 p.m.

Flight B (84 seats) Lv.: Boston 8:03 a.m. Delta 2105 Ar.: Los Angeles 11:40 a.m.

Note: Flight schedules subject to change. Note: Upon arrival, proceed to baggage claim area and claim your baggage. You will be directed to waiting motorcoach. Load baggage and board coach. Note: Report any lost or damaged baggage to appropriate airline personnel prior to leaving airport.

Approx. 1:00 p.m. All groups depart for Santa Monica

Arrival until 4:00 p.m. Free time for independent lunch and informal sightseeing at 3rd Street Promenade and Santa Monica Pier

4:00 p.m. Return to coach. Depart for Wyndham Anaheim Garden Grove, 12021 Harbor Blvd., Anaheim/Garden Grove, CA

En route Independent dinner stop at The Outlets at Orange, 20 City Blvd W, Orange (formerly The Block)

Approx. 6:30 p.m. Upon arrival, check into hotel

7:15 a.m. Load uniforms and instruments on coach. Board coach. Depart for Disneyland

7:40 a.m. Vehicle inspection at Ball Cast Member Parking Lot. Proceed to Gate 8 (Harbor Gate)

8:00 a.m. Meet Guest Talent Coordinator at Gate 8 (Harbor Gate) and proceed as instructed to pre-production area Note: Non-performers enter theme park through main gate Note: Group photo to be taken at this time

9:00 a.m. Lincoln High School Concert Band performs on Hollywood Backlot Stage in California Adventure

After performance Clear stage. Performers depart for Disneyland backstage area via tram

Upon arrival Official Lincoln High School Band group photo to be taken

After photo Return instruments to coach. Board coach and depart for hotel. Change. Re-board coach. Depart for Disneyland

Approx. 11:15 a.m. Upon arrival, enter and enjoy theme park Note: Your parkhopper pass allows for entrance to both California Adventure and Disneyland on this day

California Adventure closes at 10:00 p.m. Disneyland closes at midnight

9:25 p.m. Fireworks in Disneyland 9:45 p.m. World of Color water spectacular takes place in California Adventure 10:45 p.m. Fantasmic! show takes place in Disneyland closes

8:00 a.m. Board coach. Depart for Los Angeles and meet local professional step on guide at Olvera St. & Main St.

9:00 a.m. – Noon On City Tour

After tour Continue to Universal Studios

12:30 – 8:00 p.m. At Universal Studios and City Walk Note: Park closes at 9:00 on this day – what time do you want to return to hotel?

8:00 p.m. Return to coach. Return to hotel

April 13 Monday

8:00 a.m. Breakfast at hotel

9:15 a.m.. Board coach and depart for Disneyland Note: Your parkhopper pass allows for entrance to both California Adventure and Disneyland on this day

7:00 p.m. Return to coach. Depart for Buca di Beppo, 11757 Harbor Blvd., Garden Grove 714-740-2822

7:30 – 9:00 p.m. Dinner at Buca di Beppo

9:00 p.m. Return to coach. Return to hotel and prepare for morning departure.

April 14 Tuesday

4:45 a.m. Hotel check out. Chaperones are requested to collect room keys and return to the front desk. Load baggage on coaches. Note: Box breakfasts will be available for all participants prior to departure
