. First was requesting feedback on the workings of the cloud authorisations checks which based on feedback received followed by a review has exposed a scenario that is not catered for;  ATO thinks a change will be required for the next phase around October; but  SWDs encouraged to have looked at this issue around how the check works in order to identify how it impacts them. . Secondly; a draft communications plan was published and feedback invited by around any concerns SWDs may have.  In response to concerns raised in the past for the No Relationship Check Forms around how to allow an intermediary lodge a No Relationship Check Forms without a software id as this would fail the sender verification check o ATO is very close to resolution; and the aim of the solution is to continue to allow the lodgement of the No Relationship Check Forms by the SWD without being impacted by the cloud change. o Response acknowledged  Feedback invited around when SWDs are going to deploy and/or if any assistance is required for client transition.

6  Improving incident management process which should see more SWD Update - efficiency around resolution of incidents for SWDs Danielle W  Increased resourcing in the account management roles and engagements with SWDs  Working closely with incident management group to push through outstanding high priority incidents and working on impact assessments finalised and deployment plans organised. inbox and proposal to further discuss at the next SWD TWG as ATO do not want to be in the situation where resources are allocated and the services sit for substantial periods of time without SWDs consuming them. o MYOB – we will do our best to consume them provided they and related artefacts are produced in suitable timeframes along with 2016 deliverables; but will not consume them at the expense of the forms that need to be running when ATO turns off ELS. Rests on the ATO capability to deliver in a timely manner to give take up the best possible chance.

ACTION: MYOB offered to give feedback on what we intend to consume with approximate timeframes.

o Brian S – invited the same action of all SWDs

and non-trivial IDS in the next set of performance testing.  Production environment could effectively handle double the load as indicated in the performance results.  There are significant improvements that ATO can still make to dramatically improve figures.  SWD - not aware of the type of numbers coming through ELS at the moment for comparisons  Brian S - Requirement based on ELS volumes and current SBR transactions is that we want to reach a target of 35/s to give us a safety margin as well as enable us to deal with the peak. o Currently we are at about 22 transactions per second – but there are a number of significant improvements that can be made to improve throughput figures.  Putting together a pack to discuss the EVTE environment for next TWG.

9  Next meeting – 06/08/2015 as per normal 4 week cycle unless Other Items – requirement for out of session identified.
