The marriage license MUST be in the minister’s hand no later than the rehearsal. All fees are to be paid in full by the beginning of the rehearsal.

Church Usage Fee: $350.00 This fee is to be made payable to the First Congregational Church when returning the wedding request form. It is necessary in order to secure your wedding date.

There is no church usage fee for active members however we are requesting a $75.00 donation to offset custodial fees and rising utility costs.

The church building fee includes the following: 1. Use of sanctuary and preparation rooms for wedding and rehearsal. 2. Use of the church sound system (No one but church personnel may make any physical adjustment to this equipment). 3. Custodial services for the rehearsal and ceremony

Wedding fees do not include the following:

Minister: The fee is $150.00: It is paid directly to the minister – Judy S. Kennedy

Organist: $125.00: (wedding and rehearsal) It is paid directly to the organist. – Doris Hughes * $150.00: If the wedding falls on a holiday or holiday weekend.

Our church organist will ordinarily play for all weddings. If, for whatever reason this is not possible, an approved substitute can be retained. All other organists or musicians requested must have prior approval of the church organist.
