1. Election of Chair and Vice Chair To note that under The Local Authorities and Police and Crime Panels (Coronavirus) (Flexibility of Local Authority and Police and Crime Panel Meetings) ( and Wales) Regulations 2020 the election of Chair and Vice Chair will be postponed until the committee meeting following the next annual meeting of the Council.

2. Public Forum. There will be 15 minutes available for public question time limited to 2 minutes maximum per person.

3. Apologies for absence. The Clerk to advise of apologies for absence.

4. Minutes of the last meeting. The Chairman to ask for a proposer and seconder to approve the minutes of the meeting held on 16 March 2020 as a true and correct record.

5. Declaration of Interests. All members are reminded that they must disclose any interest that they know they have in items of business on the meeting’s agenda and that they must do so at this point on the agenda or as soon as they become aware of the interest. They are also obliged to notify the Monitoring Officer of the interest within 28 days of the meeting if they have not previously notified her of it.

6. Terms of Reference. To agree the terms of reference for the committee.

7. Progress check. To discuss any planning points that were included on the last actions report issued for the last Parish Council meeting.

8. Planning. To ratify the following planning applications consulted on under delegation to the Clerk in respect of Covid-19.

a. 20/00324/FUL 20.03.20 2 Redwood Drive, Writtle. Replacement of existing boundary fencing and construction of part new fence to a height of 1.82m. b. 20/00394/FUL 17.03.20 17 Romans Way, Writtle. Retrospective application for the construction of an outbuilding c. 20/00435/FUL 25.03.20 78 Long Brandocks, Writtle. Single storey side and rear extension d. 20/00398/FUL 26.03.20 Hand Car Wash, Writtle. Demolition of existing sheds. Partial demolition of existing buildings, with the construction of new side extensions to form staff and customer facilities. Construction of single storey outbuildings to provide storage. Installation of additional car parking and car wash bays. e. 20/00238/FUL 07.05.20 15 East View, Writtle. 10. Update on Planning Decisions. The Clerk to give an updated report on the planning applications and enforcement issues.

11. Village Plaques. To receive an update on the plaques for the village and to agree any next steps.

12. Items for next agenda.

13. Date of the next meeting. The next meeting is on Monday, 20 July 2020 commencing at 7.30 pm.
