في جميع الظروف، ومع كافة األوضاع، ال تتردد عصابات وشبكات تجارة وتهريب وترويـج المخدرات في البحث عن كافة الطرق والحيل واألساليب، التي تتمكن من خاللها من تحقيق أهدافها في الوصول إلى كافة الدول، واختراق جميع النظم، والتحايل على كل وسائل المراقبة والحماية، والتدابير األمنية والرقابية والوقائية التي تتخذها الدول، للحيلولة دون وصول المخدرات إلى مجتمعاتها، واالنتشار بين مواطنيها وأبنائها، وتدمير طاقات شبابها، وما يترتب على مجلة شرطية ثقافية شهرية ذلك من تدمير مواردها، وطاقاتها البشرية على حساب عملية التنمية والبناء تصدر عن والتقدم. القيادة العامة لشرطة الشارقة وعلى الرغم من الحيل، التي تلجأ إليها عصابات تهريب وترويج المخدرات، إال أن إدارة اإلعـالم والعالقات العامـة ما بذلته الدولة من جهود في تدريب وإعداد وتأهيل رجال مكافحة المخدرات، وما وفرته لهم من موارد وإمكانيات هائلة ساهمت في رفع كفاءتهم، واالرتقاء

أكد سعادة اللواء سيف الزري الشامسي قائد عام شرطة الشارقة، أن دولة اإلمارات العربية املتحدة بصفة عامة، وشرطة الشارقة بصفة خاصة، تولي مكافحة املخدرات والتصدي لها أهمية كبيرة، وتبذل جهدًا كبيرًا للقضاء ىلع هذه اآلفة الخطيرة يف املجتمع من خالل جميع أجهزتها األمنية. وأوضح قائد عام شرطة الشارقة، خالل املؤتمر الصحفي الذي عقد بنادي الضباط بشرطة الشارقة، بحضورالعميد أحمد حاجي السركال مدير عام العمليات الشرطية، والعميد عارف بن هديب مدير إدارة اإلعالم والعالقات العامة، واملقدم ماجد العسم مدير إدارة مكافحة املخدرات، وعدد من الضباط ذوي االختصاص بشرطة الشارقة، وممثلي الصحف املحلية واألجنبية العاملة بالدولة، أن جهود العاملينيف السلك الشرطي مستمرة للقضاء ىلع آفة املخدرات، التي تدمر مجتمعنا.

6 إلدخال سمومهم إلى الدولة والترويج لها، التعاون مع أجهزة الشرطة يف سبيل إال أن أجهزة مكافحة املخدرات بشرطة الوصول ملجتمع آمن ٍوخال من الشوائب الشارقة حالت دون إتمام مخططهم، واملنغصات، مطالبًا أفراد املجتمع وأولياء بعد أن قامت بجهود كبيرة يف رصد األمور بالحفاظ ىلع أبنائهم، وإبعادهم ومتابعة ومراقبة الشبكة، مما مكنها من عن رفاق السوء من أجل مجتمع معافى. اإلحاطة الكلية بأعضائها واإليقاع بهم واحدًا تلو اآلخر. فيديو توضيحي للمهمة دعا سعادة القائد العام خالل املؤتمر إشادة برجال الشرطة وشكر الحضور وممثلي املؤسسات والجهات ألهل اإلعالم اإلعالمية إلى متابعة مادة فيلمية توثق اللواء / سيف الزري الشامسي وأشاد سعادة اللواء الشامسي، بفرق مراحل عملية )قبضة 7/7( منذ اللحظات العمل بمكافحة املخدرات بشرطة األولى لرصد أحد أعضاء التشكيل، مرورًا عناصـر الشـبكة اسـتغلوا الشارقة، وأجهزة املكافحة بالقيادات بمراحل وضع الخطط، ومتابعة الكمية ظـروف انتشـار »كورونـا« الشرطية بالدولة وجاهزيتها للتعامل مع املراد إدخالها للدولة من املخدرات، كما لترويجهـا. كافة طرق تهريب املخدرات، وإمكانية احتوى العرض ىلع مشاهد حية لعمليات كشفها عن طريق استخدام األجهزة املراقبة واملتابعة لعدد من أفراد التشكيل )قبضة 7/7( عملية نموذجية املتطورة التي تمتلكها، وحرفية أفرادها بجانب لقطات توضح ساعة الصفر ملداهمة املدربين تدريبًا ميدانيًا ونظريًا عاليًا يف الفيال، التي كان يتخذها زعيم التشكيل جاء ذلك خالل عرض تفاصيل العملية هذا املجال، مؤكدًا أن شرطة الشارقة لن العصابي مقرًا له إلدارة أعماله الخارجة النموذجية، التي تعد واحدة من أكبر تدخر جهدًا يف سبيل تعزيز أمن الوطن عن نطاق القانون، إلى لحظة توثيق ضبط الضبطيات الخاصة بقضايا املخدرات، لينعم املواطن واملقيم والزائر بالسالمة الجناة يف عملية ناجحة بكل املقاييس، والتي أطلقت عليها شرطة الشارقة والطمأنينة يف جميع ربوعه. وقد وجد العرض إشادة واسعة من جانب اسم )قبضة 7/7( حيث تكللت فيها كما وجه قائد عام شرطة الشارقة، شكره الحضور، الذين أبدوا إعجابهم بمهنية جهود أجهزة مكافحة املخدرات بشرطة لوسائل اإلعالم بالدولة، ىلع دورها رجال مكافحة املخدرات بشرطة الشارقة، الشارقة بالنجاح، بعد أن تمكنوا من التكاملي الذي أسهم يف إيصال رسائل وبدقة تخطيطهم وتنفيذهم للعملية. القبض ىلع تشكيل عصابي مكون شرطة الشارقة التوعوية املختلفة من “58” شخصًا، سعوا إلى ترويج “153” لكافة أفراد املجتمع، وذلك بالتصدي حراس الوطن والمجتمع كيلوجرامًا من املخدرات، تبلغ قيمتها لكافة الظواهر السالبة، التي من شأنها وأشاد العميد أحمد حاجي السركال مدير السوقية نحو”63” مليون درهم بقصد أن تؤرق حياة أفراده من مختلف عام العمليات الشرطية بفريق مكافحة بيعها، حيث عمدوا إلى استغالل األجناس واألعمار، داعيًا إياهم إلى املخدرات لضبطهم هذه الكمية الظروف الراهنة من انتشار كوفيد 19،

7 مؤكدة قد رصدتها األجهزة املختصة باإلدارة تفيد بوجود تشكيل عصابي مرتبط بنسيج دولي يتخذ من إحدى الدول اآلسيوية مقرًا له ملزاولة نشاطه املتمثل يف تهريب املواد املخدرة وتخزينها واالتجار بها وترويجها. وعليه تم تشكيل فريق ملراقبة ورصد وتحليل البيانات، ووضع خطة محكمة لإليقاع بأفراد العصابة، بعد أن تكشفت خيوطها أمام أعضاء فريق املكافحة، العميد/ أحمد حاجي السركال حيث تم رصد الوسيلة البحرية التي املقدم/ ماجد العسم يستخدمها أفراد الشبكة اإلجرامية الكبيرة من املخدرات واصفًا رجال الشرطة بأحد موانئ الدولة، مستغلين الترخيص معلومـات مؤكـدة أفـادت بأنهم حراس الوطن واملجتمع من عبث املمنوح لها باستيراد املواد الغذائية، بوجـود تشـكيل عصابـي العابثين، مشيرًا إلى أن هذه اآلفة التي يف إدخال تلك السموم، واستمرت أعمال مرتبـط بنسـيج دولـي. يواجهها العالم معرضة للدخول إلى أي البحث والتحري إلى أن تم رصد فيال منزل، فتخلق الضياع والدمار لهذه األسرة، سكنية يف إحدى اإلمارات، استغلها والتي تستخدمها يف عمليات الرصد التي هي جزء أساسي من هذا املجتمع، رئيس العصابة يف عملية استخالص واملتابعة والكشف عن املواد املخدرة الذي تقع ىلع عاتقنا املحافظة عليه مخدر الكريستال وتحويله من سائل بجميع أصنافها، حيث أسفرت العملية وتوفير األمن واألمان له، داعيًا إلى تضافر إلى مظهره البلوري بعد إضافة مواد أيضًا عن ضبط أكثر من )153( كيلو جرامًا جميع فئات املجتمع يف سبيل محاربة كيميائية له. من املخدرات، تشمل مخدر الكريستال، هذه اآلفة للمحافظة ىلع كيان األسر وأضاف املقدم العسم، أنه نتيجة الهيروين، الحشيش و)69( لترًا من مخدر ومسيرة التنمية يف الدولة. للتحري واملراقبة اللصيقة وعمل عناصر الكريستال السائل، وقدرت قيمتها املكافحة ىلع مدار الساعة إلى أن تم السوقية نحو )63( مليون درهم. تفاصيل القضية تحديد ساعة الصفر، تم إلقاء القبض وحول التفاصيل الدقيقة لقضية )قبضة ىلع أفراد التشكيل الـ )58( الواحد تلو 7/7( الناجحة، التي نفذتها شرطة رصـــد حســـابات بنكيـــة خاصـــة اآلخر، وذلك من خالل وضع عدة كمائن بالتشـــكيل العصابـــي الشارقة، قال املقدم ماجد العسم مدير ُمحكمة، وتسخير األجهزة والتقنيات لم يقتصر دور األجهزة األمنية يف القيادة إدارة مكافحة املخدرات: إن معلومات الحديثة املتوافرة لدى شرطة الشارقة، العامة لشرطة الشارقة، ىلع ضبط أفراد التشكيل العصابي، وما يحوزونه من مخدرات فقط، بل واصلت جهودها الحثيثة للكشف عن كل ما يمت ألعضاء التشكيل بصلة، حيث تمكنت من رصد )7( حسابات بنكية، وبعد متابعتها والتدقيق عليها، تبين أنها تعود للشبكة اإلجرامية، كانوا يستخدمونها يف تحصيل املبالغ املالية العائدة من تجارة وترويج املواد املخدرة، وخالل التحقيقات اعترف أفراد التشكيل بمحاولتهم إدخال املواد املخدرة، ومخططاتهم لترويجها، حيث تم توقيفهم وإحالتهم إلى النيابة العامة بالشارقة. خالل مداهمة الوسيلة البحرية وتحديد ساعة الصفر

أشاد املجلس االستشاري إلمارة الشارقة بجهود القيادة العامة لشرطة الشارقة ودورها يف محاربة آفة املخدرات، واستنفار طاقتها لصد مروجيها، يف إطار حرصها ىلع الحفاظ ىلع ثروتنا الوطنية من الشباب، بهدف الوصول إلى تحصين املجتمع ليكون آمنًا وخاليًا من هذه اآلفة املدمرة. وأعرب علي ميحد السويدي رئيس املجلس، عن اعتزازه بأدوار القيادة العامة لشرطة الشارقة، ونجاحها يف القبض ىلع أفراد التشكيل العصابي، وضبط كمية كبيرة من وثمن دور الجهات األمنية ويقظة رجال مكافحة املخدرات املخدرات يف العملية، التي أعلنت عنها القيادة تحت يف القيادة العامة لشرطة الشارقة، باعتبارهم الخط األول مسمى “قبضة 7/7”. يف مواجهة عصابات املخدرات واإليقاع بها.

10 ويف هذا الصدد تبنت قيادتنا الرشيدة الناس إلى دوائر املسؤولين صناع القرار رؤى وطموحات، ملواجهة التحديات التي عبر تشكيل منظومة متجانسة لخدمة يفرضها الواقع األمني واملجتمعي، بهدف قاطني األحياء السكنية كونهم قبائل ترسيخ قيم التسامح والتماسك واالحترام وعوائل قريبين من بعضهم البعض، يف مجتمع آمن إيجابي وسعيد، يتميز ومشاركتهم يف أفراحهم وأتراحهم داعمًا بجودة الحياة ويستثمر فيها جميع طاقاته ألبناء اإلمارة يف كل املواقف، وإلحياء اإليجابية. العادات والتقاليد األصيلة، من خالل تعزيز وملا دخلت تلك الرؤى حيز التنفيذ حققت التواصل بين املواطنين، وترسيخ مبدأ إنجازات عديدة تتماشى مع التطور املحبة والترابط. والتنمية املستدامة يف إمارة الشارقة وأثنى سعادة نائب قائد عام شرطة وفق توازن مميز يراعي عادات وأصالة العميد / عبداهلل مبارك بن عامر الشارقة، ىلع الشراكة القائمة بين شرطة املجتمع، ويقدم مختلف الخدمات التي الشارقة، ودائرة شؤون الضواحي والقرى، تهم العائالت واألسر ضمن برامج تعزز ودورها الحيوي يف تحقيق املؤشرات ترســيخ مبــدأ املحبــة الروابط االجتماعية بين أهالي الضاحية اإليجابية، بخفض معدل الجرائم املقلقة والترابــط الواحدة عبر حل املنازعات، وتنظيم التي يسعى لتحقيقها الجانبان، من العديد من الفعاليات واألنشطة لكل أفراد خالل التوعية بمخاطر السلوكيات يف البداية التقت “ الشرطي” بسعادة العائلة، إلى جانب مهام كثيرة أخرى تقوم السلبية والوقاية منها، واستثمار طاقات العميد عبداهلل مبارك بن عامر نائب قائد بها دائرة شؤون الضواحي والقرى. ومهارات أفراد الضواحي والقرى يف عام شرطة الشارقة، حيث أشاد بالدور نستعرض من خالل هذا التحقيق الدور خدمة مجتمعهم واإلسهام يف نشر الحيوي ّالبناء الذي تقوم به دائرة شؤون املجتمعي الذي تقوم به شرطة الشارقة الوعي االجتماعي والثقايف، بالتنسيق الضواحي والقرى، والذي يعكس الرؤية بالتعاون مع دائرة شؤون الضواحي والقرى مع الجهات األمنية املختصة يف اإلمارة، الحكيمة لصاحب السمو حاكم الشارقة، يف معالجة البالغات واملشكالت األسرية إلى جانب الفصل يف بعض املشاكل واملتمثلة يف مد جسور العالقات بين بطريقة ودية دون الوصول إلى املحاكم والخالفات، وخاصة العائلية واألسرية، أبناء املنطقة الواحدة وتوثيق العالقات والجهات القضائية، للحفاظ ىلع كيان وعدم اللجوء إلى املراكز األمنية والشرطية فيما بينهم، لتكون همزة وصل بين األسرة وتماسكها. إال يف حاالت الضرورة القصوى. املجتمع والحكومة من خالل إيصال صوت

11 الفتة إلى أن أغلب الحاالت االجتماعية، حيث استفاد منها 50 شخصًا، إضافة إلى التي يشرف عليها املركز تم التعامل معها مبادرة )حماية(، والتي تعنى بـ 3 محاور بسرية تامة وبنسبة 70 %، كما يعمل باملركز منها: محور حماية ومحور الدعم واملساندة 25 أخصائيًا وأخصائية من أصحاب الكفاءات ومحور التوعية، كما تعنى برعاية الضحايا من والخبرات. مختلف أفراد املجتمع، ومنهم ضحايا العنف األسري وضحايا األطفال واالبتزاز اإللكتروني، خدمات ذكية ومبادرة )كوني حذرة(، والتي تختص باالبتزاز وأضافت أنه يتم حاليًا تقديم الخدمات اإللكتروني، بهدف توعية النساء، بالتعاون بصورة ذكية، من خالل إضافة خدمة اإلبالغ مع األمن الوقائي، كما تم دعم أسر النزالء يف عن اإلساءة والعنف واالستشارات األسرية املؤسسات العقابية، من خالل تقديم الدعم العقيد/ منى سرور عبر املوقع الجديد للقيادة العامة لشرطة النفسي واملادي والرعاية - خصوصًا- فئة الشارقة، وذلك بهدف الوصول إلى أكبر األطفال، وذلك بالتعاون مع الشركاء، ومنهم شريحة من الجمهور، الذي يحتاج إلى خدمات دائرة الخدمات االجتماعية وجمعية الشارقة حــل %70 مــن املشــكالت الدعم واملساندة االجتماعية والنفسية، كما الخيرية ومراكز التنمية األسرية، التي تسهم االجتماعيــة ســرًا أن املركز متخصص يف إبراز الدور االجتماعي يف تطوير الكادر العامل باملركز، من خالل للشرطـة يف معالجة البالغات األسريـة الورش التدريبية، باإلضافة إلى املبادرات واملشكالت االجتماعية والحد من الجريمة التي تم تنفيذها، ومنها تكريم خط الدفاع كما التقت )الشرطي( بالعقيد منى سرور عن طريق التعامل مع هذه البالغات بسرية األول، وزيارة األشخاص يف أماكن الحجر مدير مركز الدعم االجتماعي بالقيادة العامة وخصوصية تامة، وحلها بطرق ودية دون الصحي وتقديم املصاحف لهم، الفتة إلى لشرطة الشارقة، والتي تحدثت قائلة: قدم الوصول إلى املحاكم والجهات القضائية، أنه من ضمن تلك املبادرات دعم املكفوفين املركز الدعم واملعالجة منذ عام 2006 لكافة بهدف الحفاظ ىلع كيان األسرة وتماسكها، من خالل التواصل معهم عن طريق شرائح املجتمع وفئاته املختلفة، وكان ولدى املركز العديد من التخصصات يف مجال )برايل(،استفاد منها 54 مكفوفًا، ومن خالل لهدور بارز يف الحد من بعض املشكالت الدعم واملساندة االجتماعية والنفسية يتم الرسائل التي يتم إرسالها لهم، كما يجد يف االجتماعية والتخفيف من حدتها، وخاصة العمل بها من خالل أربعة أفرع. املركز كوادر مؤهلة يف لغة اإلشارة للتعامل فيما يتعلق بقضايا العنف واإلهمال األسري مع كافة الحاالت من أصحاب الهمم. والخالفات بين األزواج أو اإلخوة، والتي تصل مبادرات مجتمعية نسبة استقبال املركز لها يف كل عام ما وبينت العقيد منى سرور، أن املركز أطلق مبدأ السرية يقارب حوالي %60 إلى %70 من مجموع العديد من املبادرات، أبرزها مبادرة )ساعة وأضافت مدير مركز الدعم االجتماعي بشرطة باقي الحاالت الواردة، والتي يكون مصدرها أمل(، وهي مبادرة تعنى بمقابلة األسر، الشارقة، أن السرية من أهم املبادئ، التي مراكز الشرطة والخط الساخن )أمان ونجيد أو الذين لديهم مشكالت يف مجالس يركز عليها العمل االجتماعي والنفسي والتحويل من الجهات االجتماعية األخرى(، الضواحي، من خالل شراكة مع تلك املجالس، باملركز، وتعتبر من أخالقيات املهنة للمختصين، حيث أثبت التجارب عبر السنوات املاضية جدارته من خالل تعامل املختصين مع البالغات والقضايا بكل سرية وخصوصية، ما أكسبه الثقة من قبل الجمهور، وتلقي الخدمات املقدمة فيه بكل أريحية ودون أدنى خوف من إفشاء األمور الشخصية، التي تتعلق بهم، ولكون أغلب البالغات والقضايا التي ترد للمركز ذات خصوصية تتعلق باألسرة والروابط، التي تجمعها مع أفرادها والعالقات االجتماعية والنواحي النفسية والسلوكية لبعض الحاالت املضطربة، التي تتطلب من املختصين أثناء تقديم الدعم واملساندة التحلي بالصبر والسرية يف التعامل ومراعاة حقوق اإلنسان لكافة الجنسيات والفئات.

12 كما تقوم الدائرة بإعداد البحوث والدراسات وحلها بطرق ودية بحضور طريف النزاع وفق للظواهر االجتماعية يف منطقة االختصاص، وقت زمني يحدده الطرفين، باإلضافة إلى أن بالتنسيق مع الجهات املختصة يف اإلمارة الدائرة توفر العديد من الفعاليات داخل هذه ورفعها للمجلس التنفيذي، واإلسهام يف املجالس، وبالطبع فإن النجاح الذي يرافق تسوية املنازعات املعروضة ىلع املجالس كل فعالية أو برنامج ملجلس كل ضاحية بالطرق الودية، بالتنسيق مع الجهات يأتي ضمن خطط متعددة لضمان نجاح املختصة باإلمارة، إلى جانب التنسيق مع أعماله املقدمة إلى أهالي الضاحية، ومن جهات أخرى إلجراء الدراسات للوقاية من أهم عوامل نجاح املجالس جهود أعضاء الجريمة وصوال لبيئةً آمنة، واإلشراف ىلع املجالس يف خدمة الضاحية والتي تنبع من حسن سير العمل باملجالس والعمل ىلع كونهم أبناء الضاحية ويهدفون إلى خدمة سعادة خميس بن سالم السويدي تنفيذ توصياتها. أهلهم وذويهم، إلى جانب التفاعل اإليجابي واستكمل سعادة خميس بن سالم السويدي لألهالي ومشاركتهم وحضورهم ملختلف حديثه ً: قائال يف إطار الشراكة والتعاون فعاليات وأنشطة املجالس، وااللتفاف حولها رفـــع الوعـــي وإيجـــاد بين دائرة شؤون الضواحي والقرى وشرطة مما يجعل النجاح حليف مختلف الدوائر. الثقافـــة املجتمعيـــة الشارقة تعمل مجالس الضواحي وفق العامـــة عدد من االختصاصات تشمل رصد ومتابعة اتفاقات تعاون وشراكات احتياجات األهالي وإبالغ الدائرة بها التخاذ ما واختتم رئيس دائرة شؤون الضواحي يلزم بشأنها، والتنسيق مع الجهات األمنية والقرى حديثه ًقائال: هناك اتفاقات تعاون للوقاية من الجريمة وتوفير بيئة آمنة يف وشراكات قامت دائرة شؤون الضواحي والقرى اختصاصات متعددة اإلمارة، كما تشمل اختصاصات املجالس بتوقيعها مع املؤسسات الحكومية األخرى كما تحدث سعادة خميس بن سالم السويدي توعية األفراد بمخاطر االنحرافات االجتماعية وكانت من أهم العوامل يف إنجاح دورها يف رئيس دائرة شؤون الضواحي والقرى عضو والوقاية منها، واستثمار طاقات ومهارات أفراد العديد من املجاالت، منها:، دائرة الشؤون املجلس التنفيذي ًقائال: تعمل دائرة شؤون املجالس يف خدمة مجتمعهم، واإلسهام اإلسالمية، ومراكز ناشئة الشارقة، ودائرة الضواحي والقرى بمختلف مجالسها لتحقيق يف نشر الوعي االجتماعي والثقايف الخدمات االجتماعية، ومؤسسة الشارقة عدد من األهداف املرسومة، من أهمها: بالتنسيق مع الجهات املختصة بالشارقة، إلى للتمكين االجتماعي، وإدارة مراكز التنمية العمل مع الجهات املختصة لتوفير مستوى جانب تسوية املنازعات بين األهالي بالطرق األسرية باملجلس األىلع لشؤون األسرة املعيشة الالئق للمواطنين باعتبارها حقًا الودية، والتي تعد أحد األهداف الرئيسة وجمعية الشارقة التعاونية وعدد من الجهات أساسيًا لكل مواطن، ورفع الوعي وإيجاد للمجالس، حيث تعمل ىلع النظر يف العديد لالستفادة القصوى من هذه املجالس. الثقافة املجتمعية العامة، واستغالل من املنازعات والخالفات العائلية واألسرية اإلمكانات املتاحة بالتنسيق مع الجهات املختصة بتهيئة السكن والخدمات التعليمية والصحية والثقافية واالجتماعية، باإلضافة إلى تقوية أواصر الترابط االجتماعي واإلسهام يف الحفاظ ىلع األمن داخل املجتمع ضمانًا لتحقيق التنمية الشاملة واملستدامة. وأضاف رئيس دائرة شؤون الضواحي والقرى، أن أهم مميزات املجالس يف إمارة الشارقة، مشاركة األهالي أنفسهم كونهم أبناء الضاحية يف عضوية لجان املجالس من ذوي الكفاءات، برغبتهم يف العمل بكل حماس لخدمة أهلهم وذويهم يف املنطقة، التي يسكنون فيها وينتمون لها، األمر الذي ّيخرج لنا قيادات متمرسة ومتخصصة، وتسهم يف نفس الوقت يف تطوير إمارة الشارقة يف مختلف الخدمات.

13 مجلس الشباب ضيفتنا لهذا العدد ضابط من الفئات الشابة، قناعتها أنه ال ينقضي يوم يف حياتها إال وقد تعلمت فيه شيئًا جديدًا يعود بالنفع ىلع املجتمع واملؤسسة الشرطية، مشهود لها بالكفاءة والنشاط يف مجال عملها املتعلق بتصحيح مسار مدمني املخدرات، تم ترشيحها من قبل القيادة العامة لشرطة الشارقة للمشاركة يف جائزة »IACP« للقيادات تحت 40 عامًا، فكانت ىلع قدر الثقة، التي أولتها القيادة لها، بعد أن جاءت ضمن أوائل املشاركين، حيث قدمت لها أعدها/ خوجلي الخاتمي )الشرطي( التهنئة بهذه املناسبة، وأجرت معها حوارًا خاطفًا لتتعرف عليها عن قرب، فإلى مضابط حوارنا معها.

مـالزم / سـارة محمـد الزرعوني ما املهام الوظيفية املوكلة إليك ؟ أعمل صيدالنية باملركز، حيث أقوم بصرف األدوية ومتابعة الحالة إدارة الشـــرطة املجتمعيـــة الصحية لنزالء املركز، باإلضافة إلى اإلشراف ىلع فريق العمل من املمرضين، كما أشرف ىلع التدريب العملي لطالبات الجامعات مركز التأهيل الخاص والكليات الخاص بمشاريع تخرجهم يف التخصصات ذات العالقة بالتأهيل، إلى جانب اإلسهام يف نشر الوعي بخطر املخدرات، وذلك من خالل املحاضرات التوعوية، التي أقدمها عبر املشاركة يف املؤتمرات واملعارض املتخصصة، بجانب القيام باألعمال اإلدارية واالستراتيجية ىلع مستوى القسم واإلدارة، باإلضافة إلى أنني مدققة معتمدة يف الجودة والصحة والسالمة املهنية، وعضو يف مجلس شباب شرطة الشارقة.

حدثينــا عــن جائــزة IACP الدوليــة، وترشــيحك للمشــاركة فيهــا. هي جائزة دولية تسمى IACPتشرف عليها املنظمة الدولية األمريكية للقيادات تحت عمر األربعين عامًا، وتهدف إلى النهوض باملجتمعات لتكون أكثر أمنًا وأمانًا، من خالل قيادة شرطية تعالج القضايا املجتمعية، وتواجه كافة التحديات مهما بلغت صعوبتها، وقد جاء ترشيحي للجائزة نظرًا ملا قدمته من أدوار تندرج ضمن هذه الفئة، وذلك بهدف تسليط الضوء عليها، حيث عملت ىلع تجهيز امللف الخاص بي للمشاركة، وبحمد اهلل حصل ملفي ىلع موافقة أعضاء الجائزة بالواليات املتحدة األمريكية، مما شكل لدي دافعًا قويًا إلحراز مركز متقدم يؤكد ىلع تفوق دولة اإلمارات، وشرطة الشارقة دوليًا، فكانت النتيجة السعيدة التي منحتني مزيدًا من العزيمة ىلع مواصلة التفوق والنجاح يف املستقبل.

14 حصلــت ىلع العديــد مــن شــهادات مــا أبــرز العوامــل التــي ســاعدت ىلع التقديــر .. حدثينــا عنهــا. تفوقــك خــ لال املشــاركة ؟ لقد حصلت ىلع العديد من شهادات الشكر والتميز لعبت األسرة دورًا بارزًا يف هذا النجاح، وذلك من خالل من القيادة و الجهات الخارجية، كما حصلت ىلع نوط دعمهم لي معنويًا، وتأكيد ثقتهم بقدراتي يف تمثيل التعاون األمني من شرطة دبي، وشهادة شكر من وطني ومؤسستي خير تمثيل، إضافة إلى دعم القيادة، وبيئة امللحقية الثقافية السعودية، وغيرها من الشهادات العمل املثالية التي توفرها شرطة الشارقة ملنتسبيها، والتي األخرى يف مناسبات مختلفة. أسهمت يف تعزيز مهاراتهم، وقدراتهم، كما ساعدت كثيرًا العنصر النسائي يف وضع بصمتهن لخدمة املجتمع، الذي يؤمن بدور املرأة، ويفتخر بنجاحها يف مختلف املجاالت.

تم تكريمك مؤخرًا من جانب سعادة القائد كلمة أخيرة العام حدثينا عن أثر هذا التكريم عليك. يعتبر سعادة اللواء سيف الزري الشامسي، من أكبر الداعمين أتقدم بالشكر واالمتنان لقيادتنا الرشيدة التي ملنتسبي ومنتسبات القيادة يف مختلف مجاالت اإلبداع أولت املرأة اإلماراتية جل اهتمامها، وعملت ىلع واالبتكار، وقد كان لتوجيهاته لي األثر البالغ يف حصولي ىلع تدريبها وتطوير مهاراتها، وتعزيز الثقة يف مركز متقدم يف مثل هذا النوع من املشاركات الدولية، ودافع قدراتها حتى أصبحت عنصرًا ً فاعاليف مسيرة قوي للعمل بجد واجتهاد لإلسهام يف تشجيع من حولي للحصول ىلع جوائز مماثلة، وكذلك التشجيع الذي وجدته النجاح والتقدم التي تشهدها الدولة، كما أشكر من سعادة نائب القائد العام، وكافة القيادات بشرطة الشارقة، رؤسائي بإدارة الشرطة املجتمعية ىلع دعمهم حيث يسعدون بكل إنجاز أو عمل يرتقي بمكانة القيادة سواء املستمر لكافة موظفي اإلدارة. ىلع املستوى املحلي، أو العاملي.

15 صراع البقاء.. ووتيرة الرقمنة اإلعالم التقليدي تحت مجهر المختصين

تعودنا أنه كلما ظهرت وسيلة اتصال جديدة، يثار الوسائل ستؤثر سلبًا ىلع الصحف والراديو والتلفزيون، جدل حول مدى تأثيرها ىلع وسائل االتصال األقدم، وأشارت الدراسات العلمية إلى أن هذا التأثير حقيقي، فعندما ظهر الراديو يف عشرينات القرن املاضي، وأن وسائل اإلعالم الرقمي استحوذت ىلع اهتمام كانت هناك قناعة لدى الكثيرين بأنه سيؤثر سلبًا فئة كبيرة من الجمهور، خاصة فئة الشباب، ولكن ىلع الصحف، وباملثل عندما ظهر التلفزيون يف سرعان ما طورت هذه الوسائل من إمكانياتها التقنية، نهاية األربعينات كان هناك اتجاه قوي بأنه سيؤثر واستفادت من التطورات التكنولوجية املتاحة. ىلع كل من الراديو والصحف، ومع ذلك ظلت هذه ويف هذا السياق، أجرت “الشرطي” استطالعًا مع الوسائل الجماهيرية الثالث تعمل معًا لتحقيق األثر عدد من املختصين يف املجال اإلعالمي، حول دور املطلوب، ومع ظهور اإلعالم الرقمي ووسائل التواصل اإلعالم املرئي واملسموع اليوم ومدى تأثيره ىلع االجتماعي يف بداية األلفية، ثار نفس الجدل بأن هذه أفراد املجتمع.

حيث أكد سعادة محمد حسن خلف مدير وقال: إننا نسعى دومًا لالستفادة بشكل وأشار إلى أن العمل املؤسسي يف إمارة عام هيئة الشارقة لإلذاعة والتلفزيون، أن كبير من جميع التقنيات املتطورة، فاليوم الشارقة يسير وفق نظام تكاملي، فنحن اإلعالم املرئي واملسموع بات اليوم ويف باتت عمليات إنتاج املواد والبث والتحكم شركاء يف دفع مسيرة النهضة املجتمعية ّظل ّ كلهذه التطورات التقنية أكثر تأثيرًا باالستوديوهات، والتصوير واملعالجة، قدمًا إلى األمام، وهذا واجبنا وأحد أبرز من السابق، خاصة يف ّظل ما ترافق من وغيرها من العمليات التي كانت تأخذ التوجهات التي نسعى لترسيخها، ومن وسائل تواصل اجتماعية ومواقع إلكترونية وقتًا ً طويالوجهدًا مضاعفًا يف السابق، هذا املنطلق نحرص ىلع تقديم صورة منتشرة يسهل الوصول لها، األمر الذي سهلة وسريعة، ما أحدث نقلة نوعية يف تليق بواقع العمل املجتمعي بالشارقة، أتاح خدمة كبيرة لقطاع اإلعالم، فاليوم اإلعالم املرئي واملسموع ىلع املستويات وما تقوم به شرطة الشارقة ّمهم ّويثمن يتسنى للمشاهدين أن يتابعوا املحتويات التقنية واملهنية، وضاعف من قاعدة ىلع كافة األصعدة، وهذا واجبنا أن نواكب اإلعالمية، التي تقدمها القنوات واإلذاعات، الجمهور، وهذا ما ملسناه خالل السنوات ّكل جهود القيادة ونبرزها. من خالل أجهزتهم الذكية، وأن يواكبوا ّكل العشر األخيرة، حيث تشهد سنويًا املنصات ما تقدمه يف أي وقت وأي مكان. التابعة للقنوات واإلذاعات العاملة تحت الخطاب الواعي .. رسالة مظلة الهيئة ماليين املشاهدات من وأوضح مدير عام هيئة الشارقة لإلذاعة ضاعف من قاعدة الجماهير مختلف أنحاء العالم. والتلفزيون، أن العمل اإلعالمي عمل وذكر أن هذا التطور ساهم ويساهم يف جماعي يتشارك فيه فريق من املهنيين، مضاعفة انتشار اإلعالم املرئي واملسموع الوعي بالقضايا األمنية وجودة الرسالة التي يقدمها تعتمد ىلع ولم يؤثر ىلع حضور الوسائل اإلعالمية من أدوار اإلعالم الرئيسة رفع الوعي مجهود هذا الفريق، إال أن نجاح إيصال بشكلها التقليدي، بل ىلع العكس لدى الجماهير، وتعريفهم بأهم القضايا هذه الرسالة يعتمد يف جزئه األكبر ىلع هناك الكثير من املتابعين يحرصون ىلع املحيطة بهم، لهذا حرصنا أن نفتح من يقدمها سواء كان مذيعًا أو مقدمًا أو الوصول إلى مصدر األخبار واملعلومات املجال أمام املشاهدين لزيادة معرفتهم ًأو مراسالحتى كاتبًا يف صحيفة، لهذا من القنوات واإلذاعات ذاتها، ما يجعل من بقضايا األمن والسالمة والقوانين والضوابط يجب أن يلتزم اإلعالمي بالصدق واملهنية، التطور التكنولوجي وسيلة تدفع باتجاه العامة، وأن ننقل رسالة القيادة العامة وأن يخاطب الناس بأسلوب جاذب يألفونه، زيادة حضور وانتشار الوسائل اإلعالمية وال لشرطة الشارقة، هذا الجهاز الحيوي ألن اإلعالمي الناجح هو الذي يراعي يف تلغيها أو تقلل من مصداقيتها ومهنيتها. واملهم الذي تربطنا معه عالقة طويلة خطابه ثقافة ووعي جمهوره. ومثمرة.

17 خالل األعوام املاضية قد خرج من إطار ما يعرف بـ »اإلعالم التقليدي« وأصبح تأثيره يقاس بمدى قدرته ىلع إيصال الرسالة التلفزيونية عبر املنصات املتعددة الثابتة واملتحركة والرقمية والتفاعلية. ّوبين أن املحتوى واملضمون هما العمود الفقري للبرامج اإلذاعية و املرئية، وما كان للمنصات الرقمية أن تحل محل شاشة التلفاز، وإنما عززت دوره الريادي، كما أن القنوات التلفزيونية نجحت بالفعل يف استثمار املنصات الرقمية لعرض وإنتاج املقدم ذياب بوهندي محتوى يلبي متطلبات الجمهور. الدكتور خيرت معوض عياد

املحتوى واملضمون .. العمود الفقري تجربة ناجحة للبرامج اإلذاعية والتلفزيونية وأضاف أن شرطة الشارقة كانت من أولى دور فاعل .. ومؤثر ويرى رئيس قسم الشؤون اإلعالمية بإدارة القيادات بالدولة، التي تنتج وتعد برنامجًا وأشار الدكتور خيرت معوض عياد، رئيس اإلعالم والعالقات العامة بشرطة الشارقة، تلفزيونيًا، استطاعت من خالله مناقشة قسم العالقات العامة بكلية االتصال املقدم ذياب أحمد بوهندي، أن اإلعالم معظم املشاكل األمنية، وطرح الحلول بجامعة الشارقة، إلى أن االعالم املرئي سواء كان مرئيًا أو مسموعًا يقدم ًشكال املناسبة لها، باإلضافة إلى عمل تغطية واملسموع سيبقى مؤثرًا، وله دور مهم يف مختلفًا من أشكال التواصل البشري، حيث ميدانية ألبرز املوضوعات سواء يف مدينة القضايا االجتماعية والثقافية واالقتصادية إنه يتيح للمشاهد واملستمع التعرف ىلع الشارقة أو املنطقتين الشرقية والوسطى، يف املدى املنظور. ما يجري بالعالم لحظة بلحظة، فالتلفاز وبعد نجاح تلك التجربة التلفزيونية، يبقى املصدر األول واألساسي للترفيه أضافت شرطة الشارقة لسجل إنجازاتها وأوضح أننا ما زلنا نستمع إلى محطات واملعلومات يف العالم، فقد نجح يف بصمة أخرى، وذلك من خالل إنتاج وإعداد الراديو، ومازال الراديو الوسيلة الوحيدة، التي مواكبة العصر، وإنتاج محتوى يتناسب مع البرنامج اإلذاعي “أمان يا بالدي”، والذي يمكننا االستمتاع بها أثناء قيادة السيارة، مختلف الفئات، الفتًا إلى أن التلفزيون يبث كل أسبوع عبر أثير إذاعة الشارقة. وأصبح لدينا التلفزيون الذكي والتفاعلي،

الذي يمكننا من الدخول لوسائل االتصال املؤثـرات الصوتيـة أبـرز أسـباب ىلع الرسالة املسموعة وشبهتها بمن الرقمي والتطبيقات املختلفة، ولهذا ظل نجـاح البرامـج اإلذاعيـة يعزف ىلع األوتار الحساسة للنفس اإلعالم املرئي واملسموع مؤثرًا وله دور من جهتها، أوضحت اإلعالمية شيخة البشرية، وقالت : للمؤثرات الصوتية مهم وفاعل حتى يومنا هذا . املسماري، أنها قدمت عددًا من البرامج دورها أثناء تقديم البرنامج اإلذاعي، وأكد بن عياد، أن الرسالة أحد العناصر املتنوعة، من خالل إذاعة الفجيرة “إف فهي تخاطبنا وتالمس شيئًا ما بداخلنا، األساسية لنجاح عملية االتصال سواء إم”، وكانت تركز خالل تقديمها تلك املرئية أو املسموعة، ولكي تحقق الرسالة لتترك أثرًا يف القلب والعقل، وتدعم أهدافها يجب أن تتم صياغتها يف ضوء البرامج ىلع مواضيع متنوعة وجاذبة، الفكرة املطروحة لنقتنع بها أكثر، أو احتياجات املتلقي واهتماماته، وهو ما بل تعمل ىلع اختيار، وانتقاء املواضيع نتبناها، أو ربما نتعاطف معها، مؤكدة يتطلب دراسة الجمهور، والتعرف ىلع التي تؤثر بالشكل اإليجابي ىلع أنه البد من تكامل جهود وأفكار فريق خصائصه، وتحديد أنماط تفكيره، ودوافع املستمع. العمل )املخرج واملعد ومقدم البرنامج(، استجابته، فبدون دراسة الجمهور الذي وأكدت املسماري، أن لإلخراج الفني للخروج بمادة مسموعة ناجحة ومؤثرة نهدف للوصول إليه، لن تنجح هذه الرسالة. واملؤثرات الصوتية دور كبير يف التأثير ذات قيمة، تبقي أثرًا مميزًا ال ينسى.

ىلع الرغم من أن التعليم يف زمن كورونا أصبح ىلع جائحة كورونا، وذلك لضمان استمرارية التعليم ً ا مختلفيف عدة جوانب، حيث قفز يف فترة قصيرة ىلع أرض الواقع. من النمط الكالسيكي إلى النمط التكنولوجي يف وللتعرف ىلع الجهود التي تبذلها وزارة التربية دولة اإلمارات العربية املتحدة، التي كانت سباقة والتعليم لتأمين سالمة أبنائنا الطلبة، التقينا إلى التحول الذكي يف قطاع التعليم، إال أن هناك سعادة فوزية غريب، الوكيل املساعد لقطاع تحديات كبيرة تواجهها املؤسسات التعليمية. العمليات املدرسية بوزارة التربية والتعليم، والتي ويف هذا اإلطار أجرت »الشرطي« حوارات عدة مع أكدت ىلع سعي الوزارة إلى إطالق حزمة من شخصيات قيادية تعليمية وأمنية، اعتمدت منظومة املبادرات والبرامج، لالرتقاء بالبيئة التعليمية يف التعليم اإلماراتية يف إدارتها للتداعيات املترتبة ظل كورونا.

الشرطة املجتمعية ويف السياق نفسه قال املقدم أحمد املري مدير إدارة الشرطة املجتمعية بشرطة الشارقة : إن هناك تنسيقًا ًكامال بين الصحة وشرطة الشارقة، مشيدًا العميد د.محمد خميس العثمني بالجهود التي يبذلها القطاع الصحي. املقدم أحمد املري كما أشار املري إلى التحديات التي مبدأ السالمة واجهتهم يف بداية الجائحة واملتعلقة ويف سياق تعزيز الجانب التوعوي للطلبة، وحول تضمين مبدأ السالمة للطلبة بالجانب التوعوي، وكيفية التغلب عليها أشار املري إلى دور الشرطة املجتمعية من الدارسين، فقد استعرض العميد دكتور من خالل خوضهم لتحدي تطبيق التعلم خالل برامجها التوعوية، التي تطلقها قبل محمد خميس العثمني مدير عام عن بعد جنبًا إلى جنب مع وزارة التربية بدء كل عام دراسي، والتي بدورها تصب أكاديمية العلوم الشرطية بالشارقة، والتعليم. يف تعزيز السلوك اإليجابي للطلبة، وكيفية الخطة التي وضعتها األكاديمية الستقبال تعاملهم مع ما يتعرضون له خالل شاشات الطلبة الضباط بشرطة الشارقة يف العام برنامج التحصين األمني األجهزة اللوحية، إلى جانب االعتماد الكلي الدراسي الجديد، من خالل تطبيق األسلوب وتطرق املقدم املري إلى الحديث عن ىلع استخدام األجهزة اللوحية يف هذه الهجين، واملتمثل يف دراسة بعض املواد برنامج التحصين األمني، الذي يركز ىلع الظروف الراهنة، التي يمر بها العالم، مما عن بعد، وأخرى تستدعي التواجد أو الثقافة األمنية، من خالل تواجد املحاضر قد يعرضهم إلى مواجهة قراصنة اإلنترنت، النزول إلى العمل امليداني، مشيرًا إلى أنه ملدة أسبوع كامل يف املدرسة، وتنقله مشيرًا إلى حرص الشرطة املجتمعية ىلع تم اتخاذ كافة اإلجراءات االحترازية بالنسبة بين الصفوف واالستماع إلى حديث الطلبة دمج أولياء األمور يف عمليات وحمالت لخروج الطلبة، باإلضافة إلى ضرورة عمل حول الظواهر املوجودة داخل البيئة التوعية، التي تقدمها للطلبة كونهم جزءًا فحص لفيروس كوفيد 19 لجميع الطلبة املدرسية، ووضع برامج من خالل جمع ال يتجزأ من هذه العملية. واملدربين واملوظفين والهيئة التدريسية. هذه املالحظات، كالتركيز ىلع مواضيع الفتًا إلى أنه تم تطبيق قرار سمو الشيخ التنمر داخل املدرسة وغيرها من الظواهر.

24 الشك أن األزمة التي يمر بها العالم أجمع قد جعلتنا نواجه ظروفًا استثنائية غير متوقعة، و تحديات صعبة للخروج منها بأقل األضرار... إال أنها أثبتت أن االبتكار سالح يمكننا من خالله مواجهة األزمات، وأن اإلمارات بيئة خصبة الستثمار مجال التكنولوجيا و الذكاء االصطناعي يف التخفيف من تداعيات هذه األزمة، وتجاوز التحديات بأفضل اإلمكانيات املتاحة، وخالل هذا التقرير استعرضت الشرطي أبرز الحلول الذكية املبتكرة املستخدمة يف أزمة كورونا من قبل املؤسسات و األفراد يف الدولة، لتقديم كما تم تطوير رادار من قبل فرق يوفر طبقة حماية للشخص املستخدم الدعم والحد من تفشي هذا الفيروس بحثية يف جامعة خليفة للعلوم باستخدام طابعات ثالثية األبعاد وآالت والتخفيف من حدته، حيث ركزت دولة والتكنولوجيا، لتشــخيص املؤشــرات قطع الليزر، و تتفوق قوة حمايته ىلع اإلمارات العربية املتحدة، جميع جهودها الحيويــة لألفراد دون اتصــال مباشــر، قناع الوجه العادي، و طورت الجامعة و سخرت كافة إمكانياتها يف مواجهة يمكن مــن خالله رصــد درجــة حــرارة جهـاز ًا يتيـح اسـتخدام املصاعـد هذا الفيروس و احتوائه بطرق إبداعية الجســم، ومعــدل نبضــات القلــب، الكهربائيـة، وفتـح وغلـق األبواب فــي مبتكرة، للمحافظة ىلع استمرارية ومعــدل التنفــس، وضغــط الــدم الكليــة بــدون ملــس مــن قبــل الحياة و العمل مع ضمان أمن و سالمة عــن بعــد لتفادي االتصال املباشر ، املســتخدمين، و تصميــم ســواعد أفراد املجتمع. كما طورت جهازًا للتنفس االصطناعي مطبوعــة بتقنيــة ثالثيــة األبعاد للحاالت الطارئة. علــى األبواب، لتســهيل فتــحها مساهمة مؤسسات التعليم العالي أما منتزه جامعة اإلمارات للعلوم واالبتكار، وإغالقها بــدون اللمــس املباشــر يف هذه األثناء برزت العديد من فأطلق مبادرة بعنوان “صناع ضد كوفيد باليــد. االبتكارات العلمية، لتعزيز جهود الدولة 19”، وقد نجحوا يف تصميم ٍواق للوجه يف مواجهة الجائحة، وذلك بعد قيام عدد من الباحثين يف جامعة محمد بن راشد للطب والعلوم الصحية بتسجيل تسلســل الجينــوم الخــاص بالفيــروس ألول مرة يف اإلمارات، والذي يتيح تحديـد البصمــة الوراثيــة الكاملــة للفيــروس املســبب لــ”كوفيــد19-” فــي املرضــى املصابيــن، و معرفــة فعاليــة األدوية، أو اللقاحــات، ومــدى االستجابة لهــا بنــاء علــى البصمــة الوراثيــة، مما يسهل علينا معرفة الكيفية، التي يتم من خاللها انتشار الفيروس، وإيجاد أفضل الطرق املمكنة لعالج املصابين .

25 ويف الكلية البريطانية التطبيقية بأم اإلمارات أداة محــاكاة النتشار األوبئة يف املركز، يعمل ىلع استخراج القيوين، تمكن الباحثون من تطوير ملســاعدة أفــراد املجتمــع فـي فهـم الخاليا الجذعية من دم املريض، وإعادة جهــاز التنفــس االصطناعي “نســمة آثـار التباعـد االجتماعي والعزلـة علـى إدخالها بعد تنشيطها إلى الرئتين، من أمــل” الــذي تــم ابتــكاره باســتخدام تطـور فيـروس كوفيــد19- املســتجد . خالل استنشاقه بواسطة رذاذ ناعم تقنيــة الــذكاء االصطناعي، ويتيح هذا لتجديد خاليا الرئة وتعديل استجابتها االبتكار للطاقم الطبي معرفة تفاصيل فحص بالليزر املناعية، فهو يساعد ىلع منع تكاثر حالة املصاب وتطوراتها، من خالل أجهزة قام مختبر “كوانت ليز” ذراع البحث الفيروس يف جسم اإلنسان، ثم يجدد استشعار، يتم ربطها بأجهزة املراقبة الطبي بالشركة العاملية القابضة األنسجة التي أصيبت بالتلف يف رئتي الخاصة بالطبيب، والتحكم بها عن بعد، و “IHC”، بتقديم ابتكار تكنولوجي يتيح الشخص املريض، وتحتاج هذه الخاليا يعرض جميع املعلومات الطبية الخاصة القيام بإجراءات فائقة السرعة، لرصد إلى شرطين اثنين حتى تحقق هذه باملصاب، عن طريق تنبيهات تصل فيروس كورونا باستخدام أشعة الليزر النتائج املرجوة؛ أولها أن تكون مأخوذة إلى الطبيب حول درجة حرارة املريض، خالل ثوان معدودة، حيث يمكنها رصد من مصدر آمن، وهذا ما حدث يف حالة ونسبة األكسجين ومعدل النبض، مما فيروس كورونا، بمجرد دخوله خاليا الدم، العالج اإلماراتي، ألنها أخذت من املريض يسهل عليهم متابعة الحالة، ومعرفة من خالل اكتشاف الكاميرا للتغيرات ذاته، ما يعني أن الجسم ال يرفضها. أما التوقيت املناسب للتدخل املباشر ، الى املورفولوجية يف خاليا الدم، وهو جهاز الشرط الثاني فهو أن يجرى تحضيرها جانب خاصية املوقع للمريض إذا ما سهل االستخدام، و مناسب لألماكن يف املختبر وفق شروط معينة، وهو تطلبت حالته ًتدخال طبيًا طارئًا. العامة للحد من تفشيه بين أكبر عدد األمر الذي تم مراعاته ًأيضا من الباحثين وأعلنت جامعة خليفة، وبالتعاون من أفراد املجتمع . يف دولة اإلمارات. مع مركز خليفة لالبتكار، عن اختراع جهاز )تويكنل هارت (، وهو جهاز مركز أبوظبي للخاليا الجذعية ابتكارات أمنية منزلي تستخدمه األم الحامل ملراقبة وقد حصل مركز أبوظبي للخاليا صممت وزارة الداخلية الخوذة الذكية ضربات قلب جنينها دون الحاجة لزيارة الجذعية ىلع براءة اختراع لعالج القادرة ىلع رصد األشخاص، و قراءة املستشفيات وقت األزمة لضمان حمايتها مبتكر لفيروس كورونا املستجد، قام عدد من املعطيات الحيوية ىلع بعد و سالمة جنينها، و أخيرًا طورت جامعة بتطويره فريق من األطباء والباحثين خمسة أمتار، مما يساعد يف تسهيل

27 المعادلة الصعبة في التعامل مع جائحة كورونا

لقد كشف وباء كورونا اختالال ًكبيرًا وقصورًا مؤسفًا يف املنظومة الصحية العاملية, خاصة يف مجال التعامل مع األوبئة والكوارث الصحية, وهو أمر مستغرب جدًا نظرًا لوجود حاالت وسوابق من أوبئة سريعة االنتشار عرفها كوكبنا يف السنوات املاضية, وكان من املفروض أن تنعكس الخبرة املتراكمة عنها ّإيجابيًا ىلع أداء املنظومة الدولية، وآليات وطرق تعاملها مع األوبئة. واليوم نقف مشدوهين أمام حقيقة أن دوالً عظمى تجد نفسها مرغمة ىلع أن تتعامل مع املوضوع بشكل مرتبك، وغير مخطط له، بل وبدائي يف الغالب, أما منظمة الصحة العاملية فهي يف موقف املتفرج إذا ما استثنينا بعضًا من اإلرشادات الصحية، التي يمكن ألصغر الطواقم يف أصغر النقاط الصحية لدينا توفيرها.

هل وصلت الرسالة ؟

الفن رسالة، والفنون بجميع أنواعها من الوطنية والمجتمعية في مواجهة التحديات سينما ومسرح وموسيقى وفن تشكيلي، أداوات األمنية، إال وكان الفن بشكل من أشكاله، أو استخدمها اإلنسان منذ قديم الزمان للتعبير صورة من صوره جزءاً من أدوات التعبير عن عن تصوراته وأفكاره، ورؤاه وأحالمه، وبعث من مضمون الحملة، والوصول برسالتها إلى الناس، خاللها برسائل وصلت إلى اآلخرين، أو المتلقين والمساهمة في تحقيق أهدافها، من خالل األثر بمختلف أجناسهم ولغاتهم وثقافاتهم، كي الذي يتركه الفنانون في نفوس أفراد المجتمع. تصوغ وجدانهم، وتنمي خيالهم، وتشحذ فالفن جزء من أدوات التعبير عما نسعى ملكاتهم، إلى جانب ما تغرسه لديهم من قيم لتحقيقه في المجتمع من رفاه وتقدم، وأمن ومثل ومبادئ، وما ترسخه فيهم من قناعات وأمان، ورقي وسعادة، وساحة النشاط األمني وسلوكيات عبر تأثيرها الالمرئي على ميول والشرطي، والعمل على حماية المجتمع الناس وأذواقهم وأهوائهم واتجاهاتهم. وتحصينه ضد الجريمة، ومكافحة المخدرات، وفي قطاع الشرطة واألمن، كانت لدينا منذ وتعزيز السلوكيات اإليجابية، وثقافة احترام عقود عدة تجارب مع الفنون المسرحية القانون بين أفراد المجتمع، هي ساحة مفتوحة والتشكيلية، حيث ساهمت معنا في عرض أمام األعمال المسرحية والفنية والغنائية نتائج ومآالت تعاطي وإدمان المخدرات، والموسيقية، والفنون بكافة أشكالها، وانعكاسات التفكك األسري وتصدع األسر على للمساهمة في بناء الوعي المجتمعي، وغرس حياة األبناء، واستنهاض الهمم لدرء الكوارث، القيم والمثل والعادات والسلوكيات المناهضة ومخاطر الجريمة على الفرد والمجتمع، ومظاهر للجريمة بكافة أشكاله وأنواعه، والدافعة نحو الطيش والتهور في قيادة المركبات.. وما من العطاء اإليجابي لخير المجتمع .. فهل وعي حملة للتوعية األمنية أو المرورية، أوالتعبئة الدرس، وفهمت الرسالة ؟ قيــم أمنية

اإلخوة األعزاء : لسنوات طويلة ظل الميدان التربوي ًمسرحا لعطاء مستمر، يهدف إلى نشر القيم اإليجابية، والحد من السلوكيات السلبية، التي تنتج بعض األحيان عن كثير من العوامل والمؤثرات، التي تصعب السيطرة عليها، أو التحكم بها في ضوء انتشار التقنيات الحديثة ووسائل التواصل والبث الفضائي، إلى جانب حماية المجتمع الطالبي من بعض الظواهر السالبة كمحاوالت ترويج المخدرات، التي تستهدف الشباب. اإلخوة الكرام : العديد من الطاقات والخبرات والكوادر البشرية، ساهموا في هذا العطاء الفكري والتربوي عبر برامج أعدت لنشر التوعية األمنية والمرورية والثقافة األمنية بين طلبة المدارس والجامعات، حيث أتاحت هذه األنشطة والبرامج مشاركة أعداد كبيرة من العاملين بشرطة الشارقة، ومساهمة المعلمين والعاملين بالحقل التربوي، واألخصائيين االجتماعيين والنفسيين وغيرهم من رموز العطاء، ممن قوبلت جهودهم بالتكريم بـقلم اللـواء/ سـيـف الــزري الشـامـسي والتقدير من كافة الجهات المعنية سواء على مستوى الدولة، أو على مستوى إمارة الـقـــائـد الــعـــام لشـرطـة الـشـارقـة الشارقة. اإلخوة األفاضل : ومع انتشار الجائحة الوبائية ) كوفيد 19 ( وما تبعها من تداعيات وتدابير وإجراءات، انعكست على القطاع التربوي شأنه شأن العديد من القطاعات، تواصلت الجهود التوعوية والتثقيفية، من خالل مختلف الوسائل، مضيفة إليها التوعية الصحية واإلرشادات المتعلقة بالمحافظة على سالمة الطالب وحمايتهم من هذا الوباء سواء كانوا في محيطهم المدرسي، أو حتى في مساكنهم مع اعتماد نظام التعليم عن بعد، وبمشاركة القطاع الصحي هذه المرة في عملية التوعية والتوجيه واإلرشاد. اإلخوة األعزاء : على الرغم من أن جهود التوعية ونشر الثقافة األمنية والمرورية بين أبنائنا الطلبة والطالبات لم تستثن فئة، أو ً قطاعامن القطاعات التربوية أو التعليمية، إال أن النظم المتبعة لدى بعض المؤسسات التعليمية الخاصة، والتي تضم أعداداً كبيرة من الطلبة والطالبات من مختلف الجنسيات والثقافات والجاليات المقيمة بالدولة، كانت تتطلب قدراً من التعاون والتنسيق مع القطاع التربوي والجهات المعنية، حتى تتكامل الجهود، التي نبذلها في القطاع الشرطي واألمني، مع جهود القطاعات األخرى في هذه العملية. 387Al-Shurti Is amonthly culturalpolice magazineissuedby SharjahPolice General Headquarters

It is an international award called IACP supervised by the American International Organization for Leaders under the age of forty years, and it aims to advance societies to be safer and more secure, through police leader- ship that addresses societal issues, and faces all challenges, no matter how difficult they are, and my nomination for the award came due to the roles that I have provided within this category, with the aim of shedding light on it, as I worked on preparing my file for participa- tion, and thanks to god, my file obtained the approval of the award members in the United States of America, which gave me a strong drive to achieve an advanced position that affirms the supremacy of the UAE and Sharjah Police internationally.
