Transfers are issued only upon request at the time a fare is paid. They are used to complete a one-way trip. Transfer tickets may be requested with cash fares, tokens, & 30 ride passes. A transfer slip is not required with a 31 Day pass, Daily or Weekly passes. Transfer cards are good for up to two transfers on the same one-way trip. Expired transfers will not be accepted. Dial- a-Ride provides a transportation service to qualified individuals with disabilities. Fares are $2.00 for each one-way trip for qualified individuals. Dial-a-Ride vehicles are wheelchair accessible and are operated by specially trained drivers. Applications for this service are available at the MVITT and can be mailed, faxed (541- 2545) or returned in person to either 300 W. Lohman or 1501 E. Hadley, Bldg. A. Once an application has been approved, a rider may schedule a ride by calling 541-2777, we request cancellations be made at least one hour in advance. Dial-a-Ride also offers services to citizens age 60 or older. This service does not require a fee; however due to high demand, a minimum of two weeks advanced scheduling is required. Call 541-2777 to schedule your next ride through roadrunner Transit’s Dial-a-Ride service. We request that all cancellations be made at least one hour in advance. Donations are appreciated.

REDUCED FARE PROGRAM: RoadRUNNER Transit offers reduced fare to ADA qualified individuals, senior citizens and medicare card holders on its fixed-route service. ADA qualified individuals must have a valid identification card issued by the RoadRUNNER Transit section or other public transportation system. Senior citizens may be required to show proof of age. Medicare recipients must show a valid Medicare card to be eligible for reduced fares. Applications and special I.D. cards for the reduced fare program may be obtained at the Transit Administrative Office on weekdays from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm. Reduced fare application forms are also available for download on the RoadRUNNER Transit website.
