Specifically, on site there are two develop- ments of interests, a Chilled Water Distribution Facility and the W5 Warehouse. The chilled water distribution system placed more than 2 GREGORY S. Heart to Heart Walk

Many limitations are placed on the property due to its use. It was de- cided to make it into a Park. The design is based off of 6 circles.

...We will “Accompany“ you along the way... Accountability is something that is so often overlooked or "swept under the rug". When someone is not performing to the level of expectation, the remaining team is looking for the leader to do something. Holding people accountable is difficult. To do this it must GREGORY S. Don't get me wrong... my current team will tell you, I have specifically given them permission to fail. I believe every organization and every department within an or- ganization should be working from a plan. I have been involved and led this process several times.
