का.आ. 1409 (अ)(अ)....————के Lी य सरकार, राEीय राजमागϕ अिधिनयम , 1956 (1956 का 48) (िजसे इसमĞ इसके प चात उϝ त अिधिनयम कहा गया है) कƙ धारा 2 कƙ उपधारा ( 2) ůारा Oदत शिϝतयĪ का Oयोग करते ćए , िन न िलखत तािलका के  त भ (3) मĞ िविनƠद ट O येक राजमागϕ को तसं बंधी तदनुďप त भ (2) मĞ यथा -िविनƠदट राEीय राजमागϕ घोिषत करती है ।

राजमागĬ , िज हĞ अब इस अिधसूचना ůारा राEीय राजमागϕ घोिषत Ƙकया जाना है, को तािलका के त भ (1), (2) और (3) मĞ यथा –िनƠद ट ;मश: नई ;म संϞ याĸ, नई राEीय राजमागϕ संϞयाĸ तथा राEीय राजमागĬ के िववरण के साथ उϝ त अिधिनयम कƙ अनुसूची मĞ अंत:  थािपत Ƙकया गया समझा जाएगा । तािलका ;. सं. नई रा Eी य राEी य राजमागϕ का िववरण राजमागϕ सं. (1) (2) (3) 324 544 डी आंM Oदेश राϤ य मĞ अनंतपुर मĞ रा रा 44 के साथ अपने जϝशन से Oार भ होकर ताडीपJी , कोिलिमगुड ला, ओक, बनगनापली , गजुवालपली , गीŶालूर कुमबुम , थोकापली , िवनुकंडा, नारासारा ओपेट को जोडने वाल औार गुंटूर मĞ रारा 16 के साथ अपने जंϝश न पर समापत होने वाला राजमागϕ । 325 340 सी आंM Oदेश राϤ य मĞ कुनूϕल मĞ रारा 40 के साथ अपने जंϝशन से Oार भ होकर नंƘदकोकु र, आ मा कुर को जोड़ने वाला और दोरनाला मĞ रा रा 765 के साथ अपने जंϝशन पर समा त होने वाला राजमागϕ ।

326 965 महारा E राϤ य मĞ मोहोल के िनकट रारा 65 के साथ अपने जंϝश न से आरंभ होकर पंधारपुर,मि श रस, फत न, नीरा, जेजुरी, पुणे के िनकट साव द को जोड़ने वाला और अलांदी के िनकट रारा 60 के साथ अपने जंϝश न पर समा त होने वाला राजमागϕ ।

पाद Ɨट प ण:ण:ण: रा Eीय राजमागϕ अिधिनयम 1956 (1956 का 48) और इसकƙ अनुसूची , भारत के राजपJ मĞ अिधसूचना संϞ या का.िन.आ. 1180 तारीख 4 अOैल , 1957 ůारा Oकािशत कƙ गयी थी और इसे अिधसूचना संϞया का.आ. 689(अ), तारीख 4 अOैल , 2011 ůारा Oितथािपत Ƙकया गया था और िपछले बार संशोधन अिधसूचना संϞ या का.आ. 1031(अ) तारीख 17 अOैल , 2015 ůारा Ƙकया गया था ।

MINISTRY OF ROAD TRANSPORT AND HIGHWAYS NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 26th May, 2015 S.O. 1409(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 2 of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central Government hereby declares each of the highways specified in the column (3) of the Table below to be a national highway, as specified in the corresponding column (2) thereof. The highways, now declared to be national highways by this notification, shall be deemed to be inserted in the Schedule to the said Act with the new serial numbers, the new national highways numbers and the description of the national highways thereof, as indicated in columns (1), (2) and (3) respectively, of the Table. TABLE Serial No. New National Description of National Highways Highway No. (1) (2) (3) 324 544D The highway starting from its junction with NH 44 at Ananthpur connecting Tadipatri, Kolimigundla, Owk, Banaganapalli, Gajualapalli, Giddalur, Cumbum, Thokapalli, Vinukonda, Narasaraopet and terminating at its junction with NH 16 at Guntur in the State of Andhra Pradesh. 325 340C The highway starting from its junction with NH 40 at Kurnool connecting Nandikotkur, Atmakur and terminating at its junction with NH 765 at Dornala in the State of Andhra Pradesh. 326 965 The highway starting from its junction with NH 65 near Mohol connecting Pandharpur, Malshiras, Phaltan, Nira, Jejuri, Saswad near Pune and terminating at its junction with NH 60 near Alandi in the State of Maharashtra.
