CHANDIGARH: The Haryana government on Tuesday said it will start a detailed probe into the now-scrapped Reliance Haryana SEZ project . Spread over two districts, Gurgaon and Jhajjar, the project was approved in 2005 by the Congress government led by chief minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda. They take the land build something in part of it and sometimes start production or leave it as it is and then sell the land at exorbitant rates after a very long time. This is a technique many companies do. Solar farms could be one ploy for this like the SEZ.
