Archbishop issues temporary mask requirement Until further notice, Archbishop Coakley issued a mandatory requirement for face coverings for all public Masses in the archdiocese. The requirement was effective July 11. For more information or to read the “Letter to the Faithful,” go online to archokc.org/mass.

New safe environment training launched The archdiocese announced a new training program for volunteers, staff members and clergy that will be required before working with minors in the diocese’s Catholic churches or schools. The program launched July 1. Learn more at archokc.org/safe-environment.

Rother shrine webcam A new live webcam allows viewers to watch the building of the Blessed Stanley Rother Shrine! The webcam will be live streaming throughout construction. Watch at archokc.org/shrinewebcam.

Rother Feast Day Holy Trinity will celebrate native son Blessed Stanley Rother with a special memorial Mass at 7 p.m. on his feast day July 28, at 211 W. Missouri, in Okarche. The annual parish carnival scheduled for July 25 has been cancelled.

Rother Feast Day at Resurrection Cemetery Resurrection Memorial Cemetery will be open 9 a.m. – 4 p.m. on the feast of Bl. Stanley Rother, July 28. There will be extended visiting hours from 9 a.m. – Noon on Saturday, July 26, and on Saturday, Aug. 1. Bl. Stanley is interred at the cemetery's chapel until construction of the Bl. Stanley Rother Shrine is completed. The chapel is in the middle of the cemetery at 7801 Northwest Expressway or 7500 W. Britton Rd. Find more information at stanleyrother.org.

Online Mass Tuesdays Join Archbishop Coakley and priests of the archdiocese for online daily Mass at 11:30 a.m. every Tuesday from the St. Chapel at the Catholic Pastoral Center. Mass will be live- streamed at archokc.org/live, YouTube and on Facebook Live. Daily Mass at the CPC is now open to the public.

Seminarian dinner The 2020 Archbishop’s Virtual Dinner for Seminarian Education is 7 p.m. Aug. 6 via Zoom. The event supports the St. John Vianney Endowment for Seminarian Education at the Catholic Foundation of Oklahoma. Attendees will meet the 28 seminarians studying for the Archdiocese of . Study guides available! Archbishop Coakley encourages all clergy and lay people to spend time studying his latest pastoral letter, “Go Make Disciples! Building a Culture of Conversion and Discipleship for the Archdiocese of Oklahoma City” with the help of new study guides in English and Spanish. Archbishop Coakley calls for St. prayer Archbishop Coakley has called for priests, deacons, seminarians and lay men and women to pray the prayer to St. Michael, and for parishes to include the prayer after every Mass.

Reunion rescheduled St. Anthony Catholic School Alumni Association rescheduled the all-school reunion for this year to July 31, 2021.

Serra Club meeting The next Serra Club of Oklahoma City meeting is at 10:30 a.m. July 21. The Serra Club meets in person at the Catholic Pastoral Center and via Zoom on the third Tuesday of each month for prayer and a speaker. Catholic Bishop Abuse Reporting service launched The new Catholic Bishop Abuse Reporting service launched on March 16. The third-party reporting service is responsible for receiving allegations of sexual abuse against current or retired bishops in the . The hotline does not replace the requirement to contact law enforcement. Allegations can be made to the toll-free number (800) 276-1562 or online at reportbishopabuse.org. The reporting party can choose to remain anonymous. For more information, go online to archokc.org/clergyabuse. To report abuse by clergy, volunteers or church and school employees, call (405) 720-9878. If a child is in immediate danger, call 9-1-1.
