I have always maintained that the IACS is a society that rep- resents all twenty of the Italian regions, not just one, and that di- versity must be encouraged and maintained. I have worked very hard to bring new people and new experiences to the IACS. Current and past members of the IACS, as well as visitors, have been impressed with the changes they have seen. These changes have resulted in new members and people rejoining the IACS after having left in the past. I have been extremely proud to represent the IACS at many com- munity events with dignity and
