18 August 2018 - Emigsville, Pennsylvania Alert Fire Company on North George St., is hosting a community celebration to help celebrate their 100th Anniversary. Event will coincide with the 106th Annual Convention for the Firefighters Association of York County. Parade Apparatus judging takes place between 8 am -noon. A parade will be held at 1:00 pm , spanning from Masonic Drive to Emig Road. We will have a series of food trucks at the along with many family friendly activities. In the morning we are planning to have a children’s firefighter for a day event in which kids will have a chance to participate in an obstacle course made up of different firefighting skills. At the conclusion of the parade the activities will kick off at the station including live music, games, bounce houses and many other family friendly activities.
