Terms and Conditions of MASHREQ TAP n GO – Novo Cinemas Offer Offer valid 30th April 2017 This is an exclusive offer of “FREE Soft-drink with every TAP n GO transaction” (“Offer”) to the Credit Card holders of Mashreqbank psc (“Mashreq”) who hold a valid TAP n GO Sticker (“Card Member”) and used for purchasing movie tickets at the Box-office from Novo Cinemas (“Partner”) during the Promotion Period. To avail the Offer, Mashreq TAP n GO Sticker holders have to purchase movie tickets at the Box-office from the Novo Cinemas locations in the UAE during the Promotion Period and pay using TAP n GO sticker. Terms and Condition of the Offer 1. The Offer is valid on transactions done till 30th April 2017 (“Promotion Period”) 2. Offer is valid only at the below Novo Cinemas locations in the UAE. (i) World Trade Centre Mall, Abu Dhabi (ii) Baniyas, Bawabat Al Sharq, Abu Dhabi (iii) Ibn Battuta Mall, Dubai (iv) Dubai Festival City Mall (v) Cinecity, Al Ghurair Center, Dubai (vi) Dragon Mart, Dubai (vii) Mega Mall, Sharjah (viii) Buhairah, Sharjah (ix) Sahara Center, Sharjah (x) Manar Mall RAK 3. Offer not valid at the below Novo locations in the UAE (xi) Abu Dhabi Mall, Abu Dhabi 4. Offer is valid only on purchasing movie tickets at the Box-office counters at the above mentioned locations and when the payment for the same is made using the TAP n GO sticker. 5. Offer is not applicable if the payment is made through Mashreq Plastic Credit or Debit cards or Cash. 6. Offer is not applicable on the movie tickets are purchased through Online, Mobile App and E-Kiosks. 7. Supplementary Credit Card holders are also eligible for Offer if a valid TAP n GO Sticker is issued against the Supplementary Credit Card. 8. Every transaction of purchasing only movie tickets of type 2D, 3D, IMAX and 7 Star and across the seat types COOL, COOL PRIME, EDGE and SKY will be eligible for 1 Free Soft-drink voucher which will entitle for a small size soft-drink of size 16 Oz. 9. Free Soft-drink can be chosen between Coca-Cola, Coca-Cola Light, Fanta or Sprite. 10. Regardless of number of movie tickets purchased in a single TAP n GO transaction the customer will be entitled for only 1 Free Soft-drink. 11. Voucher needs to be collected immediately at the Box-Office counter post the eligible transaction and the voucher cannot be collected later or at any other location. 12. Original Voucher has to be submitted at the Concession counters for collecting the Free Soft-drink. 13. Scanned copies, Photo copies, Altered / Tampered, Images of the voucher cannot be accepted. 14. Voucher has to be redeemed before the expiry date printed in the voucher, validity of the voucher cannot be extended. 15. Free Soft-drink cannot be replaced with any other item or offer or cannot be exchange for cash or any other coupons or cannot be upsized for additional cost 16. TAP n GO stickers issued against Novo Credit Card will be eligible for the 50% discount on the movie tickets as per the product benefit and also will be eligible for this offer. 17. In case of the transaction not getting executed for genuine reasons, the Card Member will not able to demand the free voucher. 18. This Offer is not valid in conjunction with any other offers, special promotions, events or activities. 19. The Offer is provided by the Partner and subject to change. Mashreq will not be responsible if the goods/ services provided by the Partner are not to the satisfaction of Card Member. 20. Mashreq will not be liable if the Partner withdraws the offer during the Promotion Period. 21. The Terms and Conditions of the use of this voucher are governed by Novo Cinemas. 22. Mashreq holds the right to discontinue this Offer during the Promotion Period without any prior notification to its customers. 23. Mashreq, at its absolute discretion shall have the right to terminate the Card member’s Mashreq Card account if it believes that is essential to protect the interests of Mashreq. 24. Card member’s account(s) that are closed or terminated or delinquent prior to the Promotion Period will not be eligible for the Offer. 25. Mashreq may, at its absolute discretion, exclude any account/card from the Offer without giving notice and/or reason, including, without limitation, accounts/card which it deems, in its absolute discretion, to be doubtful, delinquent or not managed in a satisfactory manner. 26. The excluded / disqualified card holder shall not, under any circumstances, be compensated. 27. Mashreq reserves the right to notify the eligible Card Member by phone or any other means of communication which Mashreq, in its absolute discretion, deems fit. 28. Mashreq reserves the right, at its absolute discretion, to amend and/or supplement these terms and conditions at any time without any prior notification to the Card member. Any such amendments or supplements shall be provided on Mashreq's website: www.mashreq.com 29. In no event shall Mashreq, any of its affiliates, or any of its officers, directors, employees or agents be liable or responsible for any loss, damage or expense arising out of or otherwise related to this Program. 30. Mashreq does not offer or provide any warranties, or accept any responsibility or liability of any kind in respect of this Program and hereby disclaims any and all express or implied warranties with respect of the same. 31. Mashreq shall not be in breach of its obligations or otherwise be liable to conduct this programme as a result of any Force Majeure Event. A Force Majeure Event in these terms and conditions, shall mean circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Mashreq including, amongst other things, acts of God, industrial disputes, acts and regulations of any governmental or authority in any jurisdiction. In such circumstances, Mashreq's obligations, if any, to the Card Member shall automatically stand discharged without the need to provide notice. 32. Any new Credit Card application received from Card Member during the Promotion Period will also go through regular underwriting criteria as per Mashreq approved policy. 33. The approval/rejection of the Credit Card will be solely on Mashreq’s discretion based on the approved policy. 34. The issuance of TAP n GO sticker is independent of the offer and the Card Member can use the card at any card accepting Novo Cinemas. 35. These terms and conditions are in addition to the respective standard Mashreq Card and Partner’s terms and conditions. In the event of any inconsistency, these terms and conditions shall prevail. 36. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai. 37. Mashreq’s decision on all matters relating to the Offer in case of any dispute shall be final and binding on all Card Members and no correspondences in relation therewith shall be entertained. ********** End of document ********** .
