1 Training/mentoring program designed Activity: Training/mentoring to enable station personnel to acquire Date: February 2020 through September 2020 skills qualifying them for higher level positions Participating personnel: News Director, News Reporter Description: During February 2020 through September of 2020, our SEU’s News Director directly worked with our Reporter to cross-train her in our SEU’S TV News Department as an Anchor. The program was focused on maximizing the Reporter’s career development potential, equipping her for a position as an Anchor.

2 Training/mentoring program designed Activity: Training/mentoring to enable station personnel to acquire Date: June 2020 through September 2020 skills qualifying them for higher level positions Participating personnel: News Director, Camera Director, and Camera Operator Description: During June 2020 through September of 2020, our SEU’s Camera Director and News Director worked with our Camera Operator to cross-train him as a Technical Director. The program was focused on maximizing the Camera Operator’s career development potential, equipping him for a position in our Technical Department. 3 Participate in job/career fair Activity: Fa1l 2020 Virtual Career Fair hosted by Dallas College El Centro Campus Date: October 15, 2020 Participating personnel: HR Coordinator Description: The SEU participated in the Fall 2020 Virtual Career Fair in Dallas, TX. This event is hosted by Dallas College El Centro Campus. The event featured virtual booths from community organizations, and the opportunity to interact with diverse students possessing a wide variety of skills, interests, and educational backgrounds. The SEU met with guests of the event virtually to promote the various stations, answer questions related to the event, and encouraged those with an interest in broadcasting to contact the SEU with career opportunity inquiries. Virtual On-line Booth/Presentation was provided with information about Estrella Media, the local stations, their personalities and programs as well as job descriptions of various positions within the SEU.

4 Participation in training to Activity: FCC EEO Webinar – Hosted by Broadcasting management-level personnel as to Association, Telecommunications Law Professionals, and Broadcast 1 methods of ensuring current FCC Source requirements and EEO regulations for Date: March 3rd, 2021 broadcasters Participating personnel: HR Generalist, General Sales Manager and Local Sales Manager Description: The SEU participated in the CBA FCC EEO Live Webinar, held Virtually via ZOOM. The event featured Gregg Skall from Telecommunications Law Professionals, CBA member Joe Berry, and Lisa Fields from Broadcast 1 Source. The SEU met with guests to provide training on EEO regulations for broadcasters and a primer on current FCC requirements. The training program was for and was focused on the following objectives: a) raise the level of awareness about Equal Employment Opportunity and the importance on the sensitivity to cultural and religious diversity in the workplace, b) language around the topic of diversity and c) learn the tools necessary to avoid discrimination and work effectively with a diverse employee base. The training consisted of a review of SEU’s equal employment opportunity policy and a review of the FCC’s equal employment opportunity rules.
