The detenuBojja Bhagya Raju s/o Bojja Ravihas committed offences of attempt to murder and robbery in an organized manner along with his associate in the limits of Hyderabad Police Commissionerate. Chilkalguda Police made sincere efforts and arrested the detenuBojja Bhagya Raju s/o Bojja Ravion 9.10.2020 in Cr.No.469/2020 of Chilkalguda Police Stationand remanded him to judicial custody. The preventive detention order was executed on him on 20.2.2021 andhe was lodged in Central Prison, Chanchalguda, Hyderabad. COMMISSIONER OF POLICE, HYDERABAD CITY. Details of Arrested Person: A-1] Syed Gulam Samdani Quadri @ Ali Quadri S/o Late Syed Gulam Ghouse Quadri, age: 44 years, Occ: Business, R/o.H.No: 20-5-309, Quazipura Shalibanda, Hyderabad Phone No: 9959571920. Brief facts of the case : The accused Syed Gulam Samdani Quadri @ Ali Quadri, is the member of Khaja Mehaboob Ullah Dargha and a religious leader, who claims to be a close associate of many influential persons is in a habit of cheating the innocent persons in the name of resolving their civil disputes and also to provide letters from the political leaders for CM relief funds and other activities. He was earlier involved in 02 cases (1) PS Shalibanda vide Cr.No:73/2020 U/s 295a, 505(2), 153A IPC and (2) PS Charminar vide Cr.No: 125/2009 U/S: 506 r/w 34 IPC. Facts of the case are that on 23/02/2021 at 1445 hours received CD File in ZERO-FIR No 0-5/2021 U/s 420 IPC of Banjara Hills PS Hyderabad transferred to Charminar PS on 23-02-2021 on point of jurisdiction. Accordingly the Police Charminar has re-registered a case, vide Cr.No:48/2021 U/s 120-(B), 420, 406 & 506 IPC. The complainant Mohammed Jameel Uddiin Quader Siddiqui S/o Hussian Shuja Uddin Siddiqui, 52 years, business R/o H.No: 19-1-888/1/7, Siddiq Gulshan colony, Devi Bagh lane, Bahadurpura, the complainant under went colar Cancer surgery, for which he needed funds from CM Relief to the time of Rs 14.50 lakhs. The complainant approached the Syed Gulam Samdani Quadri @ Ali Quadri, who a religious. The accused demanded Rs 4.50 lakhs from Jameeluddin as his commission to provide a letter for CM relief fund. Believing the words of accused, the complainant handed over of Rs.2.00 lakhs along with the related documents regarding his treatment at OMEGA Hospital Banjara Hills to the accused on 24-11-2020 at his brother-in-laws Moulan Ali Quadri’s house, near Azam Hospital. He is kept on postponing the matter, and did not give any letter for CM fund to the complainant. When the complainant requested him to return his money of Rs 2.00 lakhs, he denied and threatened with dire consequences that he will do anything with his influence. As there is no other alternative he approached for justice and requested the police for necessary action. On the complaint of Mohammed Jameel Uddiin Quader Siddiqui a case in Cr.No: 48/2021 U/s: U/s 120-(B), 420, 406 & 506 IPC and the accused was arrested for cheating the innocent persons. (The accused was arrested on 24-02- 2021 and he is being produced before the Court). Another case was registered in Cr.nO.23/2021 U/s 406, 420, 506 IPC of Husssaini Alam PS on the complaint of Sri Feroz khan S/o Late. Yousuf khan, age: 43 years, Occ: Business, R/o H.No. 20-4-589/3, Shahgunj, Opp. Tarikath Manzil Function Hall, Hyd. POLICE APPEAL TO THE PUBLIC: Please do not believe in persons who claims to be the close associates of Political leaders and having influence in getting government funds to the needy people. Hyderabad city police is keeping surveillance at all the times. If any such kind of acts noticed/happen, please inform to local police or call to dial 100.
