Together with their clinical instructors, the students also administered anti-flu vaccination to employees of the office with the vaccines courtesy of the Provincial Health Office of Cagayan. The whole day celebration also includes a lecture on Disaster Preparedness and Emergency which was discussed extensively by Civil Defense Officer II (CDO II) Chonna Cherry C. Cepeda from the Office of the Civil Defense Regional Office 02 CDO II Cepeda shared the importance of disaster preparedness that it is imperative to have preventive measures when it comes to calamities to reduce the effects of disasters. She added that emergency and disaster planning encompasses a coordinated, co- operative procedure of preparing to match urgent needs with available resources.

In her closing remarks, Chief Administrative Officer, Milagros C. Adduru acknowledged the efforts and hard work of the employees. She motivated them to continue to persevere in righteousness not for earthly prizes but for heavenly reward. She added that good working ethics is the key to having a fulfilled work-life. ###

The team also discussed about Civil Registration giving emphasis on the im- portance of birth registration to parents, pupils and guardians as well as salient points on how to correct erroneous data on their birth certificate through RA 9048 and RA 10172. They also assisted clients who have issues and concerns on the registration and cor- rection of their birth, marriage and death documents of their loved ones. Free Birth registration was also conducted especially to the senior citizens.

Sixty-nine(69) clients were served at Divisoria Sur Integrated School and 11 at Cofcaville Integrated School. Furthermore, an IEC activity was also conducted at Aglipay West Central School at Brgy.
