Papi’s Sauce 6 oz. Cheddar cheese grated 2 cloves, minced 6 oz. sour cream 8 oz. cream cheese ½ c. 1/4 c. white wine 3/4 c. grated Parmesan 2 Tbsp. green onions 4 Tbsp. of crumbled bacon 16 oz. frozen chopped turnip greens (or 2 c. fresh cooked turnip greens) Mix first 5 ingredients, spread in 9x9 glass pan. Sprinkle bacon on top. Bake 350˚ 15 minutes. Great with Fritos or crackers. Cook bacon until crisp, drain. Reserve 1 tbsp. of drippings in the pan, add onion and garlic saute” till soft. Add wine stirring to deglaze, stir in turnip greens cook 10 minutes. Add cream cheese, sour cream, 1/2 c. Devilish Eggs II of parmesan cheese and bacon. Cook until heated. Add Papi’s and salt to taste. Top with remaining Parmesan. 3 Tbsp. Papi’s Sauce 12 large hard boiled eggs Broil 4-5 minutes until cheese is lightly browned. Serve 2 Tbsp. cream cheese 1/2 c. mayonnaise with crackers. 2 tsp. yellow mustard Slice eggs lengthwise. Remove yolks, mash with Papi’s and soften cream cheese. Add, mayo, mustard, to Papi’s Spicy Sausage Stuffed Mushrooms taste. Chill and pipe into egg whites. Garnish with more Papi’s 3 Tbsp. Papi’s Sauce 8 oz. cream cheese and jalapeno slice. Cover and Chill. 2 cartons fresh mushrooms 1 lb. mild sausage Remove stems. Combine Papi’s Sauce, cream cheese Papi’s Dyn-o-mite and sausage. Spoon mixture into mushroom caps. Bake Papi’s Zippity Pimento Cheese uncoved at 350˚ for 15 minutes. Broil to brown if needed. Corn Dip Mix in processor 4 Tbsp. Papi’s Sauce 3 Tbsp. Papi’s Sauce 2 cans Mexican Corn, 6 oz. cream cheese Papi’s Pork Tenderloin Marinate drained 1 c. mayonnaise 1/2 c. mayo 3 Tbsp. Papi’s Sauce ¼ c. extra virgin 14 oz. Cheddar cheese 2 c. shredded Cheddar ¼ c. ketchup ¼ c. 1 c. sour cream cheese 2 tsp. Italian herbs 2 cloves minced garlic 4 oz. diced pimiento, drained Combine all ingredients. Bake Combine all ingredients and pour over 2 trimmed 350˚ for 20 to 30 min. Serve Combine first 3 ingredients. pork tenderloins. Marinate 2 hours - overnight. Grill over with Fritos or Doritos. Mix in shredded cheese and high heat, 10 minutes each side. Do not overcook. Let rest Pimentos! Chill and Enjoy! 5 minutes before slicing.
