THOMOND PRIMARY SCHOOL As part of the ongoing reconfiguration of schools the merger of three local primary schools namely St. Munchins Boys & Girls and St. Lelia’s has now been completed. All schools are now based in St. Munchin’s Girls in Ballynanty and again funding has been allocated to facilitate various works to be carried out. The new school will ensure that pupil numbers remain strong which enhances the educational experience provided.
