Recently, the City launched Polco, a program of leadership, problem solving, teamwork, outdoor skills and to help gather that information. Polco is a platform designed to community service. Each scout will earn merit badges, go on increase civic engagement, improve government transparency camping trips, and be a part of team building adventures- as and inform municipal governments of constituents input which, their scouting experience grows so will each scout.
