St Vincent de Paul Society’s 2014 Tour de Challenge

Phil Anderson in association with the St Vincent de Paul Society (SA) are proud to provide an exclusive opportunity for you be involved in the ultimate fundraising experience, the St Vincent de Paul Society’s 2014 Challenge.

Following the official Tour de France course, participants will ride alongside one of ’s and the world’s foremost professional racing cyclists and the first non-European to wear the yellow jersey in the Tour de France – Phil Anderson.

Riding on some of the most picturesque roads in Europe, you will be following in the path of Tour de France legends. Tackling the great classic climbs of Le Tour de France together, Phil Anderson will share his insights on life as a professional cyclist, training tips and general views on cycling.

In the heart of the Alps, Phil Anderson will push you beyond your limits as you tackle imposing mountain passes. If you are inspired by challenges both on the bike and in the field of fundraising - this is truly a tour not to be missed.

Everyone who registers will have an exclusive group ride through the Adelaide Hills with Phil Anderson in January 2014 (date to be confirmed) that will coincide with his visit to the Tour Down Under. Afterwards you will be provided with a general training schedule to prepare you for the ultimate challenge of the majestic and imposing French Alps.

Climbs include: Col du Coq, Col D Vars, Col de la Bonette, Col du Galibier, Alp d’Huez, Col d’Ornon, Col de Sarenne, Col du Lautaret, Col du Granier,
