VŠEOBECNÁ ČASŤ A. Základné ustanovenia 1. Štatút plemennej knihy (alej len ŠPK) upravuje vedenie chovateskej a zootechnickej dokumentácie a plemennej knihy anglického plnokrvníka v Slovenskej republike. 2. Základom a legislatívnym rámcom pre ŠPK sú: a) zákon č. 194/1998 Zb. o šachtení a plemenitbe hospodárskych zvierat v znení neskor- ších predpisov, b) oprávnenie Závodiska, š.p., Bratislava (v medzinárodnom styku Turf Direktorium Bratislava) poda zakladacej listiny Ministerstva pôdohospodárstva Slovenskej republiky číslo 1404/1993-420 zo dňa 26. 2. 1993 v znení neskorších zmien a doplnkov by dostihovou autoritou Slovenskej republiky, c) oprávnenie Závodiska, š.p., Bratislava zabezpečova výkon kontroly úžitkovosti v chove anglického plnokrvníka s pôsobnosou v SR (list č. 1062/1998-520 zo dňa 22. 12. 1998), d) priznanie postavenia uznanej chovateskej organizácie pre plemeno anglický plno- krvník Závodisku, š.p., Bratislava (list k číslu 1062/1998-520, zo dňa 29. 3. 1999), e) smernice a rozhodnutia Rady Európskeho spoločenstva, f) Medzinárodná dohoda o chove, dostihoch a stávkach Medzinárodnej federácie dosti- hových autorít, g) Dostihový poriadok Slovenskej republiky schválený Ministerstvom pôdohospodárstva Slovenskej republiky dňa 28. 3. 1994 č.j. 2735/94-400 v znení neskorších predpisov a doplnkov. 3. Zmeny ŠPK vykonáva Závodisko, š.p., Bratislava na doporučenie Výberovej komisie pre chov plnokrvníka menovanej Ministerstvom pôdohospodárstva a rozvoja vidieka Sloven- skej republiky. 4. Výberová komisia Ministerstva pôdohospodárstva a rozvoja vidieka Slovenskej republiky je zložená zo zástupcov Závodiska, š.p., Bratislava, chovateov, zootechnikov, veterinár- nych a vedeckých pracovníkov. Komisia má právo návrhov zmien a doplnkov v ŠPK. B. Chovateský program 5. Chovateskou oblasou podliehajúcej ŠPK je kompletné geografické územie Slovenskej republiky. 6. Chovateský cie v chove plnokrvníka v SR je nasledovný: ušachtilý kôň, dostatočne vekého rámca, korektného-harmonického exteriéru, tvrdej konštitúcie, vysokej výkon- nosti v rýchlosti a vytrvalosti pre najvyššie výkonnostné požiadavky a kritéria v dostihoch, príp. športu. 5 001-13 SPK 5 úvod+slovštatút.QXD 26. 9. 2014 09:33 Page 6 7. Chovateskou metódou používanou k dosiahnutiu chovateského ciea je čistokrvná ple- menitba v rámci plemena. Výsledky kontroly výkonnosti v dostihoch sú základom pre odhad plemennej hodnoty a selekcie. Skúškami výkonnosti všetkých koní oboch pohlaví sa preveruje ich schopnos výkonnosti, konštitučná tvrdos, zdravotný stav, charakter a temperament. 8. Selekčné prostriedky Výsledky kontroly výkonnosti v dostihoch sa každoročne uvádzajú formou dostihových výsledkov, štatistík, štartov, víazstiev, umiestnení, získaných výhier, dištančného optima a klasifikácie (rebríček výkonnosti koní poda vekových kategórií) v Dostihovej ročenke Slovenskej republiky. U kobýl-matiek sa ich generálny handicap, resp. od r. 1994 klasifikácia uvádza v Plemennej knihe, resp. v jej dodatkoch. 9. Plemenná hodnota žrebcov a kobýl sa vykonáva preskúšaním (testáciou) ich potomstva v dostihoch a ich vyhodnotením príslušnými metódami kontroly dedičnosti. C. Špecifikácia plemennej príslušnosti 10. Anglický plnokrvník je: a) kôň, ktorý je produktom párenia žrebcov a kobýl zapísaných pred 1. januárom1980 do plemenných

    SWEDISH STUD BOOK Svensk Stuteribok för Fullblod (SvSF) Volume 30 2010-2013 Utarbetat av / Published by: Monica Wolf Utgivet av SVENSK GALOPP 2014 Förord (Preface) Den 30:e upplagan av Svensk Stuteribok för fullblod är den fjärde som upprättats i Svensk Galopps datasystem. Uppläggningen av Svensk Stuteribok följer internationella bestämmelser. I Svensk Stuteribok får endast engelska fullblod införas, s.k. B-registrerade hästar redovisas därför i en särskild publikation för icke fullblod. Den första stuteriboken i Sverige utkom 1872 med titeln ”Nordiska Stuteriboken” på Nordiska Jockeyklubbens förlag. Redaktör var den kände hippologen Carl Gustaf Wrangel. Band 30 omfattar åren 2010-2013. boken grundar sig på hingsthållarnas insända språngrullor med uppgifter om betäckningar samt följande års rapporter om betäckningsresultat. Registreringarna bygger dessutom på stoägarnas uppgifter om fölning samt språngsedel, signalementsbeskrivning och blod-/DNA-typning. Kontroll av härstamning görs genom blod- /DNA-typning. För föl födda fr.o.m. 2014 publiceras Svensk Stuteribok online på Svensk Galopps hemsida. Utgivaren påtar sig inget ekonomiskt ansvar för eventuella felaktigheter i detta band.
