Chad Lowe portrays David Call, the husband of a missing woman whose alibi is starting to unravel, making him the prime suspect. Lowe is best known for his EMMY award winning performance of AIDS sufferer Jessie McKenna on the TV series “Life Goes On” in the early nineties. His other notable TV guest star appearances include, “ER,” “Hack,” “CSI:Miami” and “Law & Order: SVU.”

When Allison dreams that a plane is going to crash, she never thinks it may be connected to her latest case involving a missing woman. After meeting the woman’s husband, a pilot, Allison puts the pieces together and is convinced that the woman is still alive and her husband, David, is innocent. She also envisions David, in the future, piloting a plane and saving it and from a horrible crash.

Meanwhile, Joe is worried that Bridgette is too eccentric when she begins to wear her new bike helmet everywhere. While Allison reassures him that it is just a phase, Joe insists on trying to convince Bridgette to stop wearing it. Back at work, Allison’s has to decide whether sending one man to jail is worth the hundreds of lives he may save in the future.
