HOW TO USE THIS DIRECTORY (EN)

The Youth Exchange Officers Directory is intended to facilitate communication between Youth Exchange officers and may only be used for Rotary Youth Exchange purposes. The directory shall not be made available or distributed by Rotarians, clubs or districts for any commercial purpose or for the purpose of circularization in either electronic or printed format. (Rotary Code of Policies 11.010). The directory includes the following information:

Non-certified Districts Page 8-9 Non-certified districts are not permitted to initiate any exchanges. Districts that have become non-certified may continue with exchanges that were planned or underway when the district was certified. Districts that successfully fulfill the requirements will be certified and advised of their change in certification status. Please refer to the most recent directory or contact RI staff if you are unsure of a partner district’s certification status. Any district that plans an exchange with a non-certified district jeopardizes its own certification status.

Did one of your partner districts recently become decertified? If your district has an exchange planned or underway with a district that recently became non-certified, please contact RI staff. After consulting with the student’s parents, your district may continue the exchange as planned in order to avoid penalizing the student.

Next to each listing, district-specific notes may be provided in the right-hand column to indicate important details regarding their certification, such as:

Alternatives: Due to differences among the legal systems of countries served by Youth Exchange, some districts have been certified with alternatives to specific requirements.

Outbound-only Certification (): These districts have met the minimum requirements for outbound-only (or one- way) certification, and therefore are prohibited from hosting students.

Multi-country Districts (): Some multi-country districts have met certification requirements in only a portion of their jurisdictions. Where applicable, the district-specific notes indicate which countries within the district cannot participate in Rotary Youth Exchange at this time.

Multidistrict Contacts Page 105 Districts may choose to form or join a multidistrict organization to provide various services and program assistance (Rotary Code of Policies: Multidistrict Youth Exchange Program). If you would like to initiate an exchange with a member of a multidistrict, it may be helpful to contact the multidistrict as well as the individual district. In the directory please note that a crossed out district (e.g. 1234) in the multidistrict listing indicates that the district is non- certified.

La Lista de presidentes de Comités Distritales y funcionarios multidistritales del Intercambio de Jóvenes se publica con el objeto de agilizar las comunicaciones entre los funcionarios de dicho programa y sólo podrá utilizarse para tales fines. No se autorizará a ningún rotario, club ni distrito rotario a utilizar o distribuir este directorio con propósitos comerciales o de distribución de circulares, ni en formato impreso ni electrónico. (Rotary Code of Policies, 11.010). El directorio contiene la siguiente información:

Distritos no certificados Página 8-9 Los distritos no certificados no están autorizados a iniciar intercambios. Los distritos que hubieran perdido su certificación podrán continuar con los intercambios que ya hubieran programado o estuvieran en curso cuando el distrito contaba con la certificación. Se otorgará la certificación a los distritos que cumplan todos los requisitos y se los notificará al respecto. Si dudara de la situación de un distrito hermanado para un intercambio, le recomendamos visitar el www.rotary.org o consultar con el personal de RI a cargo del programa. Todo distrito que programe un intercambio con otro distrito no certificado correrá el riesgo de perder su condición de distrito certificado.

¿Qué hacer si uno de los distritos hermanados hubiera perdido recientemente su condición de certificado? Si su distrito ha organizado o estuviera realizando un intercambio con un distrito que recientemente perdió su condición de certificado, contacte de inmediato con el personal de RI. Después de consultar con los padres del participante, su distrito podrá optar por continuar con el intercambio, a fin de que el estudiante no se vea afectado.

Alternativas: Debido a las diferencias culturales y de los sistemas jurídicos de los países donde funciona el Intercambio de Jóvenes, se han certificado los distritos mediante alternativas a ciertos requisitos específicos.

Certificación para distritos que envían estudiantes(): Estos distritos han cumplido con los requisitos mínimos para enviar estudiantes al exterior solamente, y por lo tanto queda prohibido que reciban estudiantes.

Distritos multipaíses (): Algunos distritos multipaíses han cumplido con los requisitos de certificación en algunas de sus jurisdicciones solamente. En los casos pertinentes, los Notas para el distrito indican cuáles países no pueden participar en el Intercambio de Jóvenes de Rotary actualmente.

Contactos en las organizaciones multidistritales Página 105 Los distritos certificados podrán establecer o afiliarse a una organización multidistrital para brindar servicios y apoyo al programa (Rotary Code of Policies: Programas multidistritales de Intercambio de Jóvenes.) UTILISATION DE L’ANNUAIRE DES RESPONSABLES YOUTH EXCHANGE (FR)

L’annuaire des responsables Youth Exchange a pour objet de faciliter la communication avec vos homologues du monde entier et ne doit être utilisé qu’à cette seule fin. L’annuaire ne doit pas être utilisé ou transmis par les Rotariens, les clubs ou les districts à des fins commerciales ou d’envoi de circulaires ou de prospectus, imprimés ou sous forme de courriers électroniques (Rotary Code of Policies 11.010). Il contient les informations suivantes :

Districts non certifiés et non participants Page 8-9 Ces districts ne sont pas autorisés à mettre en place de nouveaux échanges tant qu’ils n’auront pas obtenu leur certification. Ils peuvent cependant poursuivre les échanges prévus ou initiés lorsque le district était certifié. Les districts qui finissent par remplir les critères seront certifiés et informés de leur changement de situation. En cas de doute concernant la situation d’un district partenaire, veuillez consulter le site Web du Rotary ou contacter le personnel. Tout district organisant un échange avec un district non certifié s’expose au risque de perdre sa propre certification.

L’un de vos partenaires vient-il de perdre sa certification ? Contactez immédiatement le personnel du Rotary International si un district avec lequel vous avez un échange en cours ou prévu vient de perdre sa certification. La mise en place de critères minimum pouvant varier d’un pays à l’autre du fait des législations, certains districts ont été certifiés en mettant en place des procédures spécifiques en remplacement de certains critères.

Certification Outbound (): certains districts remplissent les critères pour envoyer des jeunes à l’étranger, mais pas pour en accueillir.

Districts internationaux (): certains de ces districts n’ont pas pu obtenir la certification pour l’ensemble des pays qu’ils couvrent. Le cas échéant, les notes indiquent les pays pouvant participer au programme.

No entanto, distritos que não renovaram sua certificação poderão realizar os intercâmbios planejados ou iniciados quando ainda eram certificados. Os distritos que cumprirem os requisitos receberão certificação e serão notificados sobre a mudança de situação. Caso tenha alguma dúvida sobre certificação de distrito, consulte o diretório mais recente ou entre em contato com o funcionário do RI. Alternativas: devido a diferenças judiciais dos países, alguns distritos foram certificados com base na aprovação de alternativas a alguns requisitos específicos.

Certificação de distrito exclusivamente patrocinador(): estes distritos atenderam somente aos requisitos mínimos para enviar estudantes ao exterior, e não podem recebê-los.

Distritos que englobam mais de um país(): alguns destes distritos atenderam os requisitos de certificação em apenas uma parte de seu território. A coluna com observações específicas indicará quais os países que, no momento, não podem participar do Intercâmbio de Jovens.

Contatos de grupos multidistritais Pág. 105 Distritos certificados podem formar um novo grupo multidistrital ou juntar-se a um grupo já formado para dar assistência com relação ao programa (Código Normativo do Rotary: Programas multidistritais de intercâmbio.) Se desejar iniciar um intercâmbio com um distrito pertencente a um grupo multidistrital, contate tanto o distrito quanto o grupo. この名簿の使い方 (JA)

青少年交換役員名簿は、青少年交換役員同士の連絡を目的として作成されたものであり、ロータリー青少年交換プログラムの目的のみにご使用いただくものです。ロータリアン、クラブ、地区は、この名簿を電子形式や印刷形式で、営利や配布を目的として利用することはできません（ロータリー章典、 11.010）。この名簿には次のような情報が掲載されています。

未認定地区 8-9 ページ認定を受けていない地区、あるいは不参加地区は、新しい交換を行うことが認められていません。ただし、認定地区が後に未認定に指定された場合は、認定を受けた時点ですでに計画してあった、あるいは継続中だった交換に限って、これを継続してもよいことになっています。残る認定条件を地区が満たした場合、この地区は認定を受け、認定状況の変更について通知されます。相手地区の認定状況が不明の場合には、RI のウェブサイトで確認するか、RI の担当職員にお問い合わせください。認定を受けていない地区との交換を計画すると、その地区は認定の資格を失う可能性がありますのでご留意ください。

相手地区が最近未認定地区になった場合最近、未認定地区になった地区との交換の予定がある、あるいはすでに継続中の交換がある地区は、RI の担当職員までご連絡ください。交換学生がそれにより交換の機会を失うことがないよう、親と相談の上、当初の予定通り交換を続けることが可能です。

認定済の地区（クラブ）の連絡先 11 ページこの名簿に記載されている地区は、認定の最低要件を満たしており、青少年交換への参加が認められています。地区によっては、右側の欄に、その地区の認定内容に関する以下のような地区個別の注記を示す注記があります。代替要件：青少年交換が行われている国の文化や法律制度には違いがあるため、地区によっては、承認された特定の代替要件に基づいて認定されている場合もあります。派遣のみの認定：これらの地区は、派遣のみの最低要件に基づいた認定を受けており、受入をすることは禁じられています。複数の国にまたがる地区：複数の国にまたがる地区の中には、地区の一部に対してのみ認定を受けている場合があります。このような場合は、地区個別注記で、その地区内のどの国が RI 青少年交換に参加を許されていないかが示されています。

多地区合同組織の連絡先 105 ページ認定地区は、奉仕やプログラムに対するさまざまな支援活動を行うため、新たに多地区合同組織を創設したり、既存の多地区合同組織に加入することができます（ロータリー章典: 多地区合同青少年交換プログラム。）多地区合同組織に加わっている地区と青少年交換を始める際には、個々の地区だけでなく、多地区合同組織に連絡を取ることをお勧めします。名簿上、多地区合同リストの中で、取り消し線で消された地区番号（例：1234）は、地区が認定を受けていないことを示しています。

A non-certified district is not permitted to initiate any new exchanges until it achieves certification. Districts that lose their certification may continue with exchanges that were planned or underway when the district was certified or provisionally certified if they obtain the authorization of their exchange partners. Any district that plans a new exchange with a district currently on the non-certified list will lose its own certification status.
