Supplemental Information SUPPLEMENTAL INFORMATION RELATING TO BILLS PASSED BY THE HAWAII STATE LEGISLATURE REGULAR SESSION OF 2021 SHOWING ACTIONS TAKEN AS OF June 10, 2021 Prepared by the: Legislative Reference Bureau State Capitol, Room 446 415 South Beretania Street Honolulu, HI 96813 Caveat: While all data are believed accurate, they are subject to change pending confirmation against official records kept by the respective Chief Clerk's offices. FOREWORD This publication contains important information concerning the bills passed by the Hawaii State Legislature during the Regular Session of 2021, which adjourned sine die on April 29, 2021. This publication supplements the publication entitled "Bills Passed by the Hawaii State Legislature, Regular Session of 2021," which was issued by the LRB Systems Office in April 2021 and contains a brief description of each bill passed during the 2021 session.1 This report consists of the following resources: (1) A preliminary index that contains a topical listing of the bills passed during the Regular Session of 2021 under broad and general subject matter categories; (2) A table of "Laws Affected by Bills Passed" that shows sections of the Hawaii Revised Statutes, Session Laws of Hawaii, and the proposed constitutional amendments that are affected by bills passed by the Regular Session of 2021. It also includes a listing of new chapters of the Hawaii Revised Statutes. This table reflects information from the final draft of every bill passed by the Legislature during the Regular Session of 2021; and (3) A table of "Status of Bills Passed by the Legislature" that provides a listing of bills passed and includes the Act number and approval date, if any, and appropriate committee report numbers. The foregoing information includes Act numbers and approval dates for bills signed into law or vetoed by the Governor as of June 10, 2021. Information regarding any bills approved by the Governor after June 10, 2021, may be obtained through the Legislature's website at http://capitol.hawaii.gov/. The Governor has until July 6, 2021, to consider bills for approval.2 The "Supplemental Information" publication for prior years is available through the LRB website, at https://lrb.hawaii.gov/. Click on "Publications" at the top of the homepage, and then on "Session Reports."3 Click on the particular session report year desired and look for the heading "Supplemental Information Relating to Bills Passed." We sincerely hope that this publication will be of assistance to you. While all data are believed accurate, this publication is not intended as a substitute for reviewing the actual text of a bill. Nel fascicolo di Giugno, nell’ambito dei 35 anni del Radio Notizie, si passano in rassegna alcune tra le più belle cartoline QSL cercando di fare una classifica ideale, una gioia per gli occhi sfogliare la rivista e vedere queste multicolori cartoline cariche di ricordi e di situazioni nelle quali vennero acquisite. Si prosegue con All India Radio-Rajkot, Storia di Radio Sahara, La Radio nei Fumetti, Andiamo al Cinema, Radio Congonhas in banda tropicale, Gruss an Bord, collezione di francobolli sulla radio, Radio Alvorada de Londrina, chiudendo in bellezza con “Lettere” e Biblioteca con la Voce dell’America in italiano. Molto ben assortito il fascicolo di Settembre che propone al lettore in apertura un bel servizio su Radio Berlino Internazionale con le QSL, le lettere, i diplomi, i francobolli, le bandierine, i calendarietti, i depliant, le foto e altro materiale che RBI inviava ai suoi ascoltatori, oltre a una nota su quel che rimane del Palazzo di quella Radio.

Yes, this does open up a whole new world of downunder SW DX targets, as the stations will generally have a power of around 1kW. What’s happening? How come these stations are starting to be licenced? The answer lies in changes made to the Broadcasting Act as far back as December 2000. The laws had to be changed to permit Christian Voice International to begin using the Radio Australia SW transmitters in Darwin, and to allow HCJB Australia to build a new facility at Kununurra in Western Australia. These, and other major SW broadcasters need to go through a detailed process for an international broadcasting licence, as their primary target audiences are outside Australia. Charlotte is the 22nd largest metro area in the country with 3.8 million and a 7.37% growth. WCGC runs 10,000 watts day and 500 watts night and puts a city signal over much of Charlotte daytime.
